Food came out cold and the service was not acceptable at all. The time it took them to seat me and my partner and take our orders while happily having conversations with other diners, i dont know how they are in this business! It ruins the good reputation of the hotel which we regularly stay at and the reception are pleasant.

I tried to reach out privately but did not receive a reply. I frequent the bar as I loved the ambience and service. As far as catching up with with friends is concerned it is an amazing spot. But this evening, I was met with disappointment- I was denied a seating spot I usually would sit at when there was 2 of us, the reason given was “the spot is reserved for only 6 people or more”. We were instead placed on the side close to the doors and they’ve also later seated some other customers next to us (that made it feel cramped) instead of spreading it out. Lastly, immediately after we finished our meal, a waitress came over and said “do you want your bill now?”. The restaurant was not packed and it was not near to closing time either. It really baffled us. I was really embarrassed as it was suppose to be a farewell meal for the mentioned friend. I loved the service before this and was always proud to bring friends and family over for a catch up, but this experience changed my confidence about the bar. I hope the bar takes note as it was previously one of my favorite places to frequent, and I would love for that to be the way it was again.

We had a fantastic experience here while staying in Melbourne for the F1. Ambience was super smooth, food was delicious, and the gentleman behind the bar was on point with his service and cocktail skills

I loved every part of my experience here. I was greeted with happy and helpful staff. Was extremely happy to chat about everything and talked well. My steak was the best in every way, while my partner loved her burger. Was a little on the pricy side, but that’s fine for the quality of the service and food!

We started with drinks and nibbles and progressed to dinner. Fabulous service by Caelan and staff. The chef catered to my dietary requests beautifully. The food was so tasty and we each had something different! Can't recommend it highly enough. We spent four and a half hours there and were sad to leave. Lovely atmosphere.

Most horrible food i have ever eaten! Maybe from the frozen section in woolworths thrown in the oven and voila! It was terrible and the menu misleading. Poor quality and i won't be back!
