The best Pizza ever tasted in Preston area. Saw a note that they are operating under new management and thought to give it a try, they didn't disappointed me. I have ordered a BBQ Chicken pizza and it tasted like never before. Will recommend for sure. They said they gonna change the menu as well.

Took 1.5 hrs and 3 phone calls to deliver. They got the address wrong and phone number wrong too. The pizzas arrived very hot (great), but burnt, put back in the oven instead of made fresh?

Been here twice. First for the pizza - more grease than food. Second time for pasta - order was stuffed up by a newbie (it happens) but my pasta was literally all sauce.
When I took it back they just kept saying the chef wasn't there tonight (they did offer me a refund).
There was zero pasta content. "Please add pasta." It doesn't take a chef to cook pasta... (by this point I was laughing because OMG this had to be a joke).
If you can't cook it yourself just take it off the menu.
This is what I get for not just walking to woolies and buying some pasta sauce and heating it up myself!
*facepalm* A+ for politeness guys, but an D- for cooking and communication skills

I ordered the pizzas by phone and received a text when they were ready. Luigi Boys offered friendly, prompt service and had great deals with garlic bread/soft drink! Would come here again in future

Pizza was okay. Gnocchi was hopeless (worst gnocchi I've ever tasted!)! Price was low. I went there today with a few friends and found that it is no longer there.

Ordered 4 pizzas here only to have 2 turn up wrong, when we called and asked for this to be rectified they insisted we’d made the mistake and then reluctantly said yes to delivering us the proper pizza. Waited over an hour and fifteen minutes before calling again to ask for a refund. We were told to wait ten minutes for a call for our refund. Waited twenty and then called again. Only to be told we could have a transfer, didn’t want that, we paid in cash, and then told our pizzas were ready, it had been almost two hours since we ordered the second time to fix their first mistake and way past dinner time. We were then told to wait til 10:30 pm for someone to bring our cash over after closing, with no regard for our sleep schedule, we’re a household of early workers. We said that’s inappropriate, send a delivery boy now and were told that they were too busy. When we said we at least want a full refund, we were again refused even after our dinner and night had been ruined. We were told by staff that we had two choices, half a refund or our pizzas almost three hours after initial order. Extremely disappointing and shamefully handled services. Staff who answered call bordered on being rude when telling us we would get half a refund or nothing. Will not be ordering from again.

NEVER AGAIN!!!. We have been regular and loyal customers for about 4-5 years and always happy with the quality of the pizza and the friendly service. Now there are new owners and oh my goodness, has it ever changed! Terrible service, rude phone manner, hour long waits and over-charging price! Last time we ordered we were over-charged but paid the bill. then I rang and spoke to the manager later that night who said next time we can get the amount we were over charged discounted off our next pizza. When we did order again he insisted that we had no such conversation and was incredibly rude and asrrogant. Also my son noted that the quality of the pizza was awful, after waiting over an hour one night for our pizza to be delivered, they rang to say they delivered it to the wrong house and then after another half an hour delivered a raw sloppy poor excuse for a pizza. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere! BAD experience all round.

Hey all when George had the shop it was the shop to buy pizzas from in the whole of Preston right now I don't think so.I ordered pizza and it was so bland it felt eating carpet.there's no cheese on top at all.not ordering till u get it hoe it was before sorry.

Never back again!. Oh, come on! Change owner again! After 2hours the pizza still not come, no explain and find out they change owner again. The pizza was cold and totally different. Salami is horrible. We won't order again.

Best Mexicana In Melbourne. This is a one note review, as I always order the Mexicana without fail, but after 20 or so years eating and enjoying pizza, this is by far the best and most consistent. The prices are extremely reasonable and the staff are great. The one time we had a problem with our order, the owner drove to my house to apologise and give us some free garlic bread and desserts. I don't think I have ordered pizza from anywhere else for at least the last 2 years.

Great Service, Poor taste.... Devil: TOO SPICY. Not saying I'm shy when it comes to hot food, but I couldn't feel my mouth nor could I taste any flavor other than BURN.<br/>Steak pizzaiola: Not real steak on the pizza, they need to review their definition of 'caramelized' onions and as for the little pommodoro, there were little, if any, and they definitely were little.<br/>Service: Great! Really fast, very friendly delivery person, mobile EFTPOS which is FANTASTIC but they were let down by the quality of the food.

Oily and soggy - a let down. So disappointed with the pizzas we ordered after having read all the great reviews- the pizza was soggy, full of way too much cheese, greasy and left us feeling slightly sick. Maybe it was a bad night for them.

No. 1. Best pizza in preston. Owner ridiculously friendly and always happy to do his best to make you happy. Free soft drinks with pick up orders. Highly recommend to anybody who loves good pizza. And very well priced.

Have been a regular here for some time. Tonight I was disappointed. Trying to order was difficult - after a while it was identified that their menu has changed. I tried to order based on what she told me the deal was and then she was asking me what size pizza. Quite rudely. I said - just the size that comes with the deal please ... Uh it's your deal ... You changed the menu ... So you tell me! We were not allowed to change a gourmet pizza for a traditional, even though its cheaper. The value is not there now and neither is the service or quality of food. I thought the waitress was quite rude overall .. and she didn't have a clue what she was doing to be honest. One of our pizzas was supposed to have prosciutto and boccincini on it but it did not. Virtually both pizzas tasted like oil and cheese and cheap salami. We will not be returning, it's a real shame. As a positive the delivery was fast and the delivery driver is very friendly and professional. But that's it!<br/><br/><br/>-----06 Jul, 2012-----<br/><br/>We like! We ordered a delivery of mexicana pizza and the amatriciana tortellini. They were both spicy - which we loved. The base of the pizza was nice and chewy and it wasn't overloaded with cheese, tho there was plenty of salami, capsicum, onion and chilli. Pasta was OK but didn't blow my mind. Would try another one next time. Delivery was prompt and the staff nice. We will order again.

My husband loves the pizza from here! As a vegetarian I do find they are always happy to make changes or swap toppings without charge! Bases are yummy and not too oily! Good choice for local pizza that delivers.

Great Pizza - lovely service!!!. Only had 2 take-aways from here, both from the gourmet pizza menu and both were awesome pizzas! Rosemary and pumpkin + garlic prawn and fetta - yum yum yum!!!<br/><br/>Would gladly recommend and happy to order from here again A+++
