Love going here for brunch! It’s our local place and the food is always on point, be it the regular menu items or the specials.
Coffee is solid and the best in the area by far. Staff are attentive considering how busy it is all the time and are always so pleasant.
Would highly recommend.

Had a lovely Sunday morning here. Very impressed with their squid + yuzu sauce + pumpkin puree dish (if i remember it right).
Visited Sunday and was not disappointed, ordered the big one/big breaky and added the in house cured salmon. Incredible. Really enjoyed it.

I am a regular at this cafe with my sister. I personally think it’s one of the best cafes in the area that’s why I keep coming back. I love the set up inside and the atmosphere, the food is always presented beautifully and everything I have tried so far has been amazing. However, sorry to be negative here, but the new menu is shit. To the point where I thought to myself “I should have gone Frank’s”. It took me a VERY long time to choose something and not in a good way, the previous menu was so much better. I mean, the food is still nice but I feel like the options are very limited.
Beautiful place. Great coffee, staff were polite and food is delicious. Only little but not a fan of seating arrangements, could definitely move some tables around to fit more people.

Now that's what we call shakshuka done right! delicious breakfast and the coffee was awesome (and that's for Melbourne standard coffee-snobs). The surrounding of the cafe is beautiful too, lots of greenery, nature everywhere and a light filled room. What a happy way to spend sunday morning with hubby and our little boy - see you soon Hendrix!

The coffee has always been a standout here, these guys have top notch baristas, and may I add the coffee art is next level!
The last few times I haven’t really captured my food as I was catching up with friends, yet here is some vegemite on toast I managed to capture when I was out with mum!

Great coffee and some delicious snacks! The croissants were pretty good, atmosphere was great and the cafe was quite busy (a really good sign!). Brilliant location and the staff were very briefly. Would definitely recommend stopping off if driving down White Street.
First time at Hendriks. The positive reviews were justified. Great coffee and an awesome Chia Pudding. Staff were very friendly!
First time at Hendriks...I ordered the Pulled Pork with a poached egg on a Waffle. It was really tasty though the balance of seasoning is a bit off with the waffle tasting sweeter due to lack of salt in it. The other dishes looked really good too. Will have to go back to try something else.
Overall, the cafe has a minimalist industrial look to it which I really liked and the service was great too.
*I hope they would move the six seater table just under the air-conditioning unit a tad, so whoever sits at that table wouldn't get water 💦 on them.
The level of satisfaction I am at after eating here. Astronomical.
We've heard of chicken and waffles, but let me put you in something, duck and waffles.
Fantasic balance of sweet and savoury. Duck cooked to perfection with a crispy exterior.
Waffles delicious. The toppings, make it whole and delicious. When I say I cleaned the plate, I mean it.
Also my partner is still talking about the ribs.
Highly recommend this place and I can't wait to come back to try more.
Also the flavour of the chai, immaculate. 6/5 Starr's in my book
