Great place to have breakfast. The staff are very friendly. The food is excellent - Had scrambled eggs and bacon with added mushrooms. The mushrooms were incredibly tasty. Will eat there again for sure.

Nice little corner cafe in a great location. Coffee n food is average, doesnt stand out to many other cafe places. Staff are well train and place is well presented. Its ok!
Great Service, great coffee, even better food everytime. Staff are helpful and the menu is different to all the other run of the mill places in Mt Lawley, decor is simple but more than made up for by the prices and lack of pretentiousness.
Aesthetically not Toorak but who cares - wow what great food, service and coffee. Brilliant tasty fresh produce. Simple things like excellent olive oil. Coffee rich and full of choc flavour. Best of all a Melbourne prices in Perth!
Come to Caffissimo very oftenfor breakfast. We like the way the food is presented, the excellent service , and the friendliness of all the staff. They really know what service is all about. Good choices for all day breakfast.

Caffissimo is a small cafe located on Beaufort Street in Mount Lawley. It is east to blend in with number of cafes in Mount Lawley but this one still manages to stick out on a street corner with outdoor seating. We arrived for a late breakfast around 12.15pm on a Saturday afternoon,picked up a menu and grabbed a table for two indoors as it was quite a chilly afternoon.
My favourite breakfast haunt, been every Friday now for 3 months and their menu has never let me down. Great service with a real friendly crew of people running the show. This morning with my usual Mocha went on recommendation for the "Cuban Brekkie" Poached eggs, Spanish chorizo, mixed beans, pulled pork shoulder with pancetta. Topped with condiments from the table such as Tabasco and HP sauce, It might sound a little heavy but i can guarantee it was delicious. I walked in from the drizzling rain this morning feeling damp and gloomy, I left feeling warm and content.
Stopped in here for the first time late today (Sat 23/4) for a quick snack. The atmosphere is really warming and comfortable. Warm apple pie and a lime tart were on the menu, so that was an easy decision! The cakes were delicious, but honestly, the two girls behind the counter were lovely and very accommodating which really topped off our time there. We'll definitely be back!
We went for a lunch .The food there was delicious and even the coffee was so good.The owner was so friendly and customer service was great.Would love to visit again.I would give more than five stars if there was an option.Moreover dumplings was so yummy and a must try.
Absolutely fantastic cafe in Mt Lawley.
I used to come here often nearly 10 years ago and I loved it then.... I haven't visited in many years and had the chance to visit today.
I tell you what... The menu has changed slightly but the food is still incredible (and it's a little different from the regular fare), the coffee is still to die for, and to top it off the staff are very friendly and attentive.
A truly great cafe to come and relax in and enjoy truly satisfying food at reasonable prices.

Went there for lunch with my family. We ordered:
Cuban Breakfast (which is the Cuban version of the Big Breakfast I suppose)
Eggs on Toast (with an addition of Smoked Salmon)
All good. Service was good

I was pleasantly surprised with the omelette portion and fillings.
This filling breakfast had spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms and avacardo with the right amount of bread to go with it.

Coffee was good and they had decent sizes, ice chocolate was also great and it had lots of ice cream. Would highly recommend the egg and bacon roll, it is $12 but worth the lot! The staff are very friendly and service is great: staff came to check if the order was a-OK and if everything had come etc. Music was in the background, so you could easily talk to people without shouting. A great coffee shop, would recommend!

Great friendly personalised service.... got to have the food! I've been here many times and love it. Sit out door, sit indoor, chill out or chat... this is a comfy local spot with consistently great coffee and food!
