Walked in last week to get the Laksa soup, and spotted the gluten free chicken and avocado roll. Came back for more the next day.
Food is always nice and fresh with plenty of options to choose from. The team is great and always make you smile. A great place for lunch
Great place to grab lunch when I’m near the hospital. Love that they have a variety of salads and specials which they change on a daily/weekly basis. Portions are quite big and prices are lower than many brunch places out there
I can't believe I'm actually reviewing a hospital cafe- but this was amazing! I ordered a toasted chicken, avocado and mango chutney panini and it was absolutely delicious! I think it was totally worth the money, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The sweetness of the mango chutney really cut through the chicken and avocado and really complemented the dish.

Coffee Anatomy is our highly rated, regular coffee/lunch spot. Coffee, breakfast, lunch rolls and salads are always delicious. ☕️ There is a variety of specials that change on the daily, you can even check them on the website before you go! The staff are all lovely, no matter how busy. Best place in the QEII Medical Centre for all your foodie needs. 😋
Really cool cafe at the QEII campus. Large, bright and airy. Chilled staff, lots of tasty sandwiches and rolls to choose from. They make a fabulous salmon bagel! Amazing coffee too! One of my go to spots at work.
Had a great mid week lunch with work colleagues at aka 'Harrys'. Order at the counter and take a number and find a table. Quick and easy meals - choose from either hot food - curry, pasta or some salad or sandwiches. Great coffee. Again there should be no excuses for this. They also do a Nutella version so I have to come back. I had a smoked salmon bagel and only finished half and the staff were so lovely to wrap it up for me. Another score for doggie bags in a week.
I personally find the food very fresh and enjoyable. There is a variety of salads to choose from and the menus changes daily.
The price is okay.
I find I get my money's worth with an Arancini ball and choice of 1 salad for $13. Some days I want more than 1 salad which is an additional $5. So after that with a drink you could be looking at $25 per person for lunch.
While i am sure the ladies are lovely people and under the pump, my only negative review would be how the orders are taken. It feels very rushed which makes it feel automated with the same greeting of a quick "hello" "take away or seated", then someone else does the payment extremely quickly and then "next" is called. The waiters are great and always efficient and pleasant. The Chef was kind enough to share a few tips when asked.
Hopefully my intelligence will improve hanging out with the scientists that work in this place. Good coffee, nice cakes and interesting fitout. Not what you expect from a hospital site!

Great coffee , service and prices. We had a huge bucket of coffee for $5 it tasted lovely was made well with friendly helpful service in a light airy location . Has taken us 11 weeks of being in the area to find this cafe thru recommendation and we will be calling in again today . I own two coffee shops in the country ,so am a coffee critic. Friendly and efficient service, online and app orders from your table available. Great vegan options, particularly the banana bread.
If you continue to cook the chicken Thai curry and the lemon grass chicken salad like you did on the 08/02/2022 then you will draw more attractions
Convenient place to get lunch if you work in QEII. Vest of all they have an app you can prepay/preorder and pick up. The portions are huge and there is some great variety to choose from.
I emailed today after being unhappy with the food I received and was pleasantly surprised to have a response straight away from the owner who apologised and brought my favourite lunch order to me. I couldn't have asked for better customer service and the food I received was delicious and it normally is always spot on. I would really recommend this cafe, their Vietnamese beef salad and their Vietnamese chicken vermicelli salad are my two favourite items and their coffee are nice too. They even do their own fresh juices! Thank you to Andrew the owner for being so lovely today.
