The carbonara is the best I've ever eaten in my entire life. The creamy sauce is absolutely heavenly and executed perfectly. At first I wasn't sure if I could even finish such a large portion (which looked like it was served in a salad bowl), but after the first mouthful everything just disappeared into my stomach. I definitely recommend the carbonara, especially as it doesn't break the bank. Give it a try, once you start you can't stop.
