My kids took me to Adore Tea for Mother's Day and it was amazing!! Food and tea were divine, and the service is second to none! There was such a great atmosphere there, really enjoyable and relaxing. Highly recommend it!
Absolutely adored it. Been here once & cannot wait to go back! Only drawback being the long & winding journey by public transport... Completely worth the trouble - the service was wonderfully helpful & informative, the (homemade) scones/cake were delicious, & the sheer variety of tea you could try was amazing.
Great Mother's Day. My fiancé and I took both sets of parents for Mother's Day high tea and it was fantastic. We often go to adore and is fantastic every time. Couldn't disagree more with some of the posts below. Everything tasted great, yes they are bite size items, but it is high tea not lunch. You get much more than sandwiches and scones, several hand made sweet and savoury items as well, plus 4 matching teas and arrival sparkling wine. Great value, especially for Mother's Day when most places jack up their prices. Great service too, everything brought to the table for you with very friendly and helpful staff even thought he place was fully booked.
Best Morthers Day EVER :) H.... Best Morthers Day EVER :)
Had High Tea. Beautiful staff. Food was amazing, even my Dad left full and loved the tea! Hand made sweets, great scones, tea infused jam. Gorgeous touches. Sets the bar for any High Tea

Took my Mum and family to Mothers Day high tea (early event on Saturday as Sunday was booked out) and loved it. It was such a lovely event. Really special. There was beautiful finger food served with matching teas. The staff were so great bringing everything out to your table. Only small amounts of food, but really filling and such a range. Mum loved it. I'll be back for other high teas just to spoil myself or a friend or any excuse really :) Thank you Adore Tea
Fabulous High Tea. Our book club ended the year here and the perfect way to spend an afternoon sampling tea with just the right amount of both savoury and sweat bite sized treats
Lovely place. Make a cuppa into a special occasion but still at a cuppa-price. The perfect place to take an older friend or relative for a special birthday. Also great in a weekday for a leasurely hot chocolate while reading a book
Great afternoon outing. I went to Adore Tea on Sunday afternoon and I have nothing but praise for the place!
Happy, attentive staff (who should be applauded for their patience with some tables!) and delicious tea and dessert selection.
I would recommend to anyone!
Adoreable. This place is great to get together with your family, friends or partner over lunch. Not just the tea itself but the desserts they serve are definitely up to par. The atmosphere and friendly staff are a bonus to the moment you're enjoying your first sip of tea.
A very interesting nursery with an extensive range of gifts, gadgets snd indoor plants on the inside and a good range of plants in the outdoor area. I found the young staff very attentive, friendly and courteous and most willing to help me. The store fid seem understaffed- a common situation these days! The indoor area was just a little too crowded for me and i was petrified of knocking something over. Certainly worth a visit and I have no hesitation in returning.
A very nice nursery to visit. I was impressed by the knowledge of the staff that i spoke to- which was the exact reason why i decided to stop buying plants at a large local hardware store. Sick of people working in this area knowing nothing about plants such as care and location. Will make this my local.
Amazing variety of trees and plants. And helpful and knowledgeable staff. Will not be going back to our large local hardware store for any future garden related purchases ever.
Always helpful, good selection of plants, they'll happily try to get anything you want if it's not in.
Love this local nursery at Gold Creek. They have a great range of unusual plants which is so much better than the range at Bunnings. Lots of interesting natives as well as a low cost 'antique' range of small plants, which I've had great success with in Canberra's tough climate. They're also helpful with advice on plants that may not be doing too well in your garden.
Great staff, great service. Always helpful and stock quality products. Last independent on the north so I hope they keep going. You wont get the quality advice and service from the big guys. Free and fast delivery is great too. Been going there for years. Highly recommend.
Beautiful place filled with beautiful staff. A lovely young man named Blake helped me pick out the perfect additions to my home garden - he went above and beyond. 10/10 service. I will be back and will ensure to recommend Greengold Nursery to all my green thumb friends. A+
