John creates a chatty rapport easily with a genuine nature that makes it easy to engage with humour and care. He is clearly experienced with his assessment of his client's situation and looks for resolution at each session. I felt comfortable and at ease with John and appreciated that he was looking for the best way to resolve my ailment and maintain my comfort once we were on track.

Lisa saved me from my sore back woes! Not only is she the best physio, she is also kind, compassionate. She also takes the time to listen to your concerns, talk you through treatment options and exercises (that actually work!) And easily incorporated into your day.

Lisa converted me across to their reformer Pilates classes (online by Lisa and Mary during lockdown) and I've attended in person classes run by Lisa, Peter, Sam, Chole and Leon. Everyone is so welcoming, encouraging and an absolute delight which makes working hard and testing yourself even more fun!

They are the best. I've had debilitating pain in my mid back and was pregnant. Lisa has got my pain gone in one session plus 2x that I did exercises at home. So I went from not being able to sit, or walk or anything to pain free in less than 24h. I also joined clinical pilates class and got programme tailored for pregnant women and individualized for me. I love it and continue to go now after my delivery.
I am so happy with the change Jonathan has made to my injured ankle. I now have full mobility and am looking forward to being able to dance at my sisters wedding.
