Best place to eat in North Strathfield. Suits a dinner date, groups, families and even if you're eating alone! I've been here about 4 times now and every time I would give this place 10/10.
Great Japanese restaurant with delicious foods and drinks. Staff are friendly and the service was good. I've been to many Japanese restaurants and Yuzu is definitely one of the top Japanese restaurant in my list that I highly recommend anyone to try out.
Wow, Yuzu is a nice surprise. We weren't sure what to expect but heard there was a Japanese place nearby that we hadn't yet discovered. We ordered the Wagu Beef Donburi and the Kaarage Bento. The Wagu Beef was generous, beautifully marinated and quite enjoyable to eat. The Bento box had delightful variety, Kaarage as the main feature, rice, sashimi, salmon sushi, salad and gyozas. EVERYTHING was just yummy. Personally I love variety and picking at things and there is usually something in a bento box that I'm partial to - this time, I enjoyed every single bit. The service was lovely - we will be back here again, thank you!
Polite and friendly staff. The highlight was teriyaki chicken and sashimi as well as the mojito (carafe). We also tried the sushi deluxe platter which was average and oysters pretty tasty. Price wise slightly on the high end side but overall was quite a lovely experience.
This just tastes better than your average Japanese restaurant. Food came out at a reasonable rate. Prices a little more than expected. The place itself is modern and great wall art here. I had the Bento salmon teriyaki and my missus the pork katsu,both of us were impressed
Great food and ambience, potions are good and the menu is reasonably priced. We had my birthday dinner there and it was delightful!
The tuna and avocado salad was generous in portion with the huge chunks of tuna and avocado slices, dressing was refreshing and coated the veggies with just the right amount; the lightly battered zucchini flowers were a delicious twist on traditional tempura; the Japanese seafood paella is interesting in its texture, the rice crackers are crunchy and when soaked with the sauce, it's fulfilling and hearty.
Would definitely return, really want to try their lunchtime bentos (my boyfriend said they're good).
Friendly service and fresh ingredients. Very pleasant to dine in for lunch. There is even an outdoor seating on walkway.

There are new sushi restaurant in north Strathfield food was pretty good and price also reasonable.. i think its totally different with other Japanese cuisine.
A very stylish and modern Japanese restaurant in the heart of Bakers quarter. They offer a good food and drinks selection. There was a set menu on their website however cannot see it on their menu. Good restaurant for catching up with family & friends.
Well Bertie had a craving for Japanese and with two friends joins us we hit up Yuzu. It was just the first weekend out of lockdown and we went to town! All the food was on point but would say my personal favourite was the king fish, 100% tasty! Great value for money, good service and atmosphere is comfortable and pleasant.
The sukiyaki wagyu hotpot was a great experience and a good amount for 2 people. I would recommend the bottle of Pinot Noir for an excellent pairing with the hotpot. We finished the meal off with some matcha icecream which was perfect because it tasted cold and sweet. Would definitely come back again! π
PS. There is an instruction card you can request if this is your first time having sukiyaki hotpot!
They say the hot pot for 2 , but I think it was enough for family of 5 with all the meat and fresh vegetables provided , however the rice noodle was only 2 little pots. Nevertheless my favourite was teriyaki chicken.
Our usual Quick Japanese fix. This time we have ordered bento boxes - BBQ wagyu and teriyaki salmon. Lucky we got there before few others so no waiting. The weather last night was great to sit outside.
