I’ve been there few times, and today was a stand out service and food!!!
I was treating my friends for their birthdays and it could not be more perfect!
Pork ribs, beef ribs, t-bone steak, cheese chips, desserts � everything was super yummy!
Bruno and Samir were really attentive and offered a great service!

Outback Steak in North Strathfield is famous for their blooming onion and also their steaks. Mr Weekend Food Escapes has been here before but it's my first time so I am eager to check out what the fuss is all about. . Outback Steak in North Strathfield is really spacious and has a huge bar area. Then there's booths and a number of tables for groups of people. I end up sitting at a table near the bar with a group of foodies.
It was the third times we have been this outback steak. The food was good like always especially the special signature steak was fabulous. But the slow service was really disappointed me. We ordered a small plate of fried onion( sorry i forgot the name on the menu), it took us 30 mins to wait, even asked staff so many times... anyways steak is good. Looking forward to getting a better service in store next time.
We’ve been coming to Outback Steakhouse for many years and we keep coming back. The service is always exceptional and the food is always fantastic.
Outback is one of my favourites and never disappoints, no matter how much I say I’m going to try something new, I always end up ordering the bushies, blooming onion and Alice springs chicken.
What I love the most though is the family feel to the North Strathfield restaurant. Please don’t change a thing!!!
Also very reasonably priced for the amount of food.
I’ve been going here since I was a child. I do have to admit they are quite inconsistent with the meals, sometimes my steak would be cooked more than I asked for (same goes for my family)
Nevertheless, I love this place. The potato soups are such a joy to taste, and one of my favourite complements of my herb-crust prime rib-eye.
I also highly recommend the Bushies, the mushrooms are fried perfectly, every bite is filled with crunch and flavour especially when dipped into the ranch dressing.
This is one of my favourite restaurants which I enjoy going.

Their steak was soft and cooked with the right precision. The blooming onion is one of their most unique dishes and a must try.
The prawns was unexpected but was a delight as well.
Absolutely delicious food. The restaurant is upstairs with an entrance on thee ground floor, and walking up is an experience in itself. One of the best meals I've had in years. The service from the staff is excellent as well and needs appreciation considering the type of people the Gold Coast can bring out.
The prices are very reasonable for what you get as well. The drinks are well priced and the range is very good. The wait for food was quite reasonable as well. Very happy overall.
The steak is wayyyyyyy better than what you get in India !!! It was all worth it !
So much like the states, but taste way better! I cannot believe that this is the first time I’m here.. seen couple of times from friends Instagram and know that it’s around for a while.. boy it was such a pleasant experience! First time try out the beef ribs and it was tender and delicious. The fries are also Devine! Will be back soon~
Definitely one if my favourites. Ever since they included the seared tuna in the menu, Ive been coming back often. It is an entree but for those who want a light meal, it is a good option.
The medium rare lamb ribs were delicious.
Definitely come here and try the food!

I have been to this Outback probably 4 times in the last few years the reason I am giving it a 3.5/5 because Outback North Strathfield hasn't been the most consistent, there were times that were absolutely great in both food quality and service, but there were also times that it was just straight disappointing, with poor food presentation and tastes that feels a little pathetic and extremely long wait for the food...
My most recent visit around a month ago was great, my mum had a steak cravings and the food we ordered just did the trick, service was great, food was well presented and delicious, staff were attentive, it was an extremely enjoyable meal after bowling, with the restaurant's family-friendly ambience, it was a great casual dining experience that definitely satisfied two hungry souls.
I particularly liked the sweet potatoes side dish with sour cream and cinnamon (I know this is weird to mention the side instead of the main to begin with lol).
The steak we had was well cooked, just the way we wanted, the salad was fresh and its acidity from the combination of the fruits and dressing really cut through the heaviness of the meat.
Just hope that they can keep up with the consistency of their food!
It was amazing the waiter we had Ryan was very professional and polite my son’s burger was amazing and my steak was amazing. I have been going here for 4 years and will not stop.

We had the delicious onion, a pork ribs with chips and a nice beer from the tap.
They are always very attentive and careful with their clients, so if you are after a good service - for small or large groups, Outback is always a great option!

First time here and we love it. We ordered lamb chops, red centre pasta with prawns and also some delicious cheese chips. The food is fantastic with great size portions. There is nice music as well. Also a shout out to Ebony for being an awesome waitress. Very friendly 👏

Honestly, didn’t have much expectations coming here as last few times at an Outback Steakhouse years ago wasn’t much to write home about.
First time at North Strathfield store though, what can I say, amazing!
Extremely friendly and attentive staff, excellent service, great food and fast kitchen.
Food: steak was perfect! I usually order rare so that I end up with medium rare because everybody always goes over however I decided to try ordering medium rare here and see if kitchen can live up to my expectations. And they were spot on. Ribs were also delicious as well as the potatoes. There was unlimited refill on soft drinks and staff had no issues with me going straight to bar to ask for refill however they also came around twice to refill for me without me asking.
Service: honestly, can’t remember the last time service was this great at any restaurant, comparable to the attention you get from a fine dining place. Was at Aria a while ago and can say I probably enjoyed the service here more! Very friendly staff, very attentive and you get the feeling they are really looking after you.
Atmosphere: being a millennial, it was really nice to hear lots of old 90s r&b play over the speaker in the venue. Outback has done extremely well in their music curation 👍
No wonder the place was packed, we didn’t have a reservation so could only be accommodated near the bar and when we left there was a line out the door waiting to be seated.
Would definitely recommend here and come back here often!

What an amazing dinner we just enjoyed under the wonderful hospitality of Manager, Medha. She ensured we were seated quickly, all our young kids were attended to with care and empathy and we were doubly blessed to be under the attention of Ebony. What a star! She had perfectly timed visits to ensure we were all not only happy, but 100% completely satisfied.
We have been coming to this North Strathfield restaurant since around 2008 and it is clearly the best out of every store in Sydney!

Timing is very important as I’ve always had mixed experiences here but this time around the ribs were cooked to perfection, fall off the bone and very tasty!! Steak was cooked to our order and the fries that came with it were amazing! Def worth dining again, looks like their menu has been updated too.
The chicken burger and chips tasted off, replaced with a nice potato soup. Must be the oil.
The blooming onion needed one more layer stripped, still nice for the rest of it. New York cheesecake greT. Wide enjoyed the chilli prawns. All issue taken care of at the till. Yes we could return.
The place and the people are simply amazing, especially the proprietor Medha who is always proactive and ensures the customers are well looked after. The food is delicious and the drinks are refreshing, especially the lavender mocktail. The 'Thunder' dessert leaves you wanting for more.. I'll definitely go back again and again and again... 😊
