The Hainanese Chicken rice was surprisingly tasty. I said surprisingly because it was served without the soy sauce. My initial impression of the dish was that it would be pretty flat in flavour. To my surprise, it was the opposite. The chicken was well prepared - cooked by not dry. The rice is full of chicken fragrant, and the chilli was good spicy. The portion is generous for the price you pay too!

This is a nice cosy restaurant with good customer service. Do note that seats are limited.

I will definitely return should I be around this area. In fact, I will even drive 30 mins to eat this again.

Amazing food ! Tried the brownies - to die for. The Taiwanese beef noodles are great - lots of condiments (unlike other Asian restaurants). Vegetarian friendly - 2 salads were there that day I would've loved trying. Their menu is a bit of a mix , some Asian some western. A hidden gem !

The Hainanese Chicken Rice is great. Flavourful, soft and tender. Chicken Curry could be better if the chicken was cooked a little softer. I cannot say the same for the Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup, it is just not my cup of tea. I was probably expecting like a Ngau Chap soup but this is way different than what I was expecting. Overall, I paid $50. Worth the money and definitely recommend this place.

Had lived in Singapore for 9 years and this is the best and most authentic chicken rice I have tried in Adelaide so far. The chicken is a bit undercooked but the flavor and sauce is authentic. Chicken liver is nice too but overpriced. Will try Nasi Lakma and Laksa next time

Weekday lunch at Manna on Kensington Road: this place was recommended to me by a friend for their Hainanese chicken rice. It was possibly the best in Adelaide I think! The chicken: Boneless, tender, juicy, chicken thigh. The sauce was perfect. The rice was really great! Overall really delicious 😍😍🤤🤤😋😋. I just wish they opened on weekends 😅😅😅. I had to order some for takeaway to feed the hubby because it was so delicious 😋.
