Review Mcdonald's - Orange

Not particularly clean restaurant, mistakes on the order, no serviettes and food not made correctly (including forgetting salt on the fries - how?). On the bright side everyone survived to tell the tale, but that's not a customer service target to aspire to. Assume they focus on delivery orders, the number of delivery people in and out was incredible, though based on the instore experience it's probably a roll of the dice on what you get.

I was with my two granddaughters and they were so interested with what was going on behind the counter. We did an auto order but forgot to order table service but the lovely lady behind the counter, that was quite taken with girls, said she would bring them to a table for us. Thank you! But I've got to say the girls were wanting to go back and watch again 🤗

I had to wait over 20 minutes just for a coke. The staff were not flat out. They were more worried about the drive thru and menu log orders rather than serving customers in the store. They got my drink ready pretty quickly, but they just left it sitting on the counter for over 20 minutes. I’d hate to see how they cope when they are actually busy.

Nice lady who served me. Cold, tough chicken. I asked and paid for bacon 🥓 got 0. Overall Yukk. This is why people call it McCrap and McGarbage🤢 🤮 Never ever will I go to any Mc 🤮 again !

Ordered big brekky meal through menulog from Bathurst Road last Sunday in October 2021. Specifically asked for no Housegrill bbq sauce as I am allergic to it. Order arrived. Bag sealed..all good. Burger box has ticket on it saying no Housegrill bbq sauce..all good so far! I open the burger and it is smothered in Housegrill bbq sauce!!! Ring the store and the manager says, call Menulog for a refund!!! They didn't pack the bloody order, how is it their responsibility to remedy the problem? He couldn't care less..just kept saying call Menulog to fix the problem. Absolutely disgusting Macca's Bathurst Road.!!!

At the end of drinking my flavourless chai, the cup still felt heavy. The whole amount of the chai powder was still sitting at the bottom of the cup. There was absolutely no effort to mix it at all. We were the only ones in drive thru. Really disappointing.

Worst quarter pounder I've ever had. Cold / Dry az and the chips were cold. All together BLOODY AWFUL.
