Maybe just bad luck but never a good sign when the cup is too hot to hold. Asked what size flat white, chose what I thought would give me a regular flat white but was tasteless. Had to ask for sugar (only white) then again for something to stir it with. Sat for 2minutes in what isn’t a comfortable place to linger. Left and coffees went into the first bin we saw.
