I’ve visited this Restaurant for a few times. The restaurant has elegant and lovely ambience as expected from most Novotel Hotels. Their food was great the last time I came here and even better based on my recent visit. They definitely stepped up their game!
All dishes were beautifully plated, perfectly cooked and tasted delicious.
From entree to main and dessert, everything was top notch.
Highlights for me: Crispy Soft Shell Crab, Salmon Poke Bowl, Mushroom Ravioli, Confit Duck, Dark Chocolate Mousse and Apple Tart.
Overall it was a lovely dining experience. Free parking (for 350 restaurant customer) is a very nice added bonus.
Their new winter menu is absolutely yum!!
We had the mussels and veal for entree. The mussels came with the most delicious sauce, great for mopping up with the rustic bread that came with it. The polenta in the veal dish was so creamy and melt in the mouth, I wish they would give more than one piece. And the thyme burnt butter just binds the whole dish perfectly together.
For mains we had the chicken breast, beans with green curry sauce and rice. The chicken breast was cooked perfectly. The green curry tasted better than many green curries I've had in some Thai restaurants. We also had the Rigatoni pasta with pork three ways (pulled pork, pork belly and cracklings). The napolitana sauce was delicious and if you love pork, you will love this dish. It's quite a spicy dish so if you can't take the heat maybe ask them to reduce the cut chillis.
I can't wait to get back to try the rest of the menu.
