I’ve visited this Restaurant for a few times. The restaurant has elegant and lovely ambience as expected from most Novotel Hotels. Their food was great the last time I came here and even better based on my recent visit. They definitely stepped up their game!
All dishes were beautifully plated, perfectly cooked and tasted delicious.
From entree to main and dessert, everything was top notch.
Highlights for me: Crispy Soft Shell Crab, Salmon Poke Bowl, Mushroom Ravioli, Confit Duck, Dark Chocolate Mousse and Apple Tart.
Overall it was a lovely dining experience. Free parking (for 350 restaurant customer) is a very nice added bonus.
Their new winter menu is absolutely yum!!
We had the mussels and veal for entree. The mussels came with the most delicious sauce, great for mopping up with the rustic bread that came with it. The polenta in the veal dish was so creamy and melt in the mouth, I wish they would give more than one piece. And the thyme burnt butter just binds the whole dish perfectly together.
For mains we had the chicken breast, beans with green curry sauce and rice. The chicken breast was cooked perfectly. The green curry tasted better than many green curries I've had in some Thai restaurants. We also had the Rigatoni pasta with pork three ways (pulled pork, pork belly and cracklings). The napolitana sauce was delicious and if you love pork, you will love this dish. It's quite a spicy dish so if you can't take the heat maybe ask them to reduce the cut chillis.
I can't wait to get back to try the rest of the menu.
Try the grain fed rib eye here, medium well. Its amazing ! One of the best I've had. Nice quiet restaurant, very neat, very tidy. Its located inside of Novotel. Try if you're a local and enjoy a good grilled steak.
Drawing off the vibrant energy of the bustling Parramatta district, the new 350 Restaurant & Lounge is a favourite among the western Sydney’s “Eat Street” restaurants. Conveniently located just through the entrance to the modern and stylish Novotel Sydney Parramatta we had the pleasure of sitting down for a meal that surprised us with it's quality and surprising fare. Settling down to order we soon realised this was no ordinary hotel food.
Currently staying at Mercure Parramatta but sadly, their restaurant is still closed.
On the bright side, Novotel Parramatta is just 10 minutes away, so we booked in there.
The food was outstanding.
The best of the entrees was the pork belly. All blended together perfectly and the Princess said a bit like a Papaya Salad.
Beef very nice also.
Both mains, Lamb and Barramundi excellent but those chips deserve a special mention.
I dont think I've had better anywhere.
Finally, can you ever go wrong with a Cream Brulee 🤔

I had the chocolate mousse for desert, lovely and light, the balance of the rasberry gel was spot on. There were a few surprises in the dessert too. Also quite an interesting wine list. The staff were friendly, engaged and attentive.
Rib eye steak was very tender and beautifully tasty, if a little under done , fish meal was very nice . Presentation was just a bit disappointing , a little more thought on that part would have made our meals almost perfect .
Tucked away inside the lobby of Novotel Parramatta, this little gem of a restaurant is one of Parramatta's best kept secrets.
Unlike your usual hotel restaurant, this place caters not only for in-house guests but the public outside as well.
The food is stunningly delicious. The service is spot on. The staff were friendly and best of all, car parking is included with your meal!
Had breakfast there and experienced a great customer service. Staff member at the counter was very friendly and helpful, same applies to serving staff members. Food was quite good and customise omelets were delicious. Definitely highly recommended and will visit again.
