A fabulous owner operated venue with food that never disappoints. Friendly and accommodating staff, need I say more? But I shall because this place deserves the best. Classic and consistent old school Italian, these guys know their business and it shows. The place is always busy and bustling with service with a smile, and a little bit extra. This place delivers what they promise - comfortable middle of the price point Italian food. I was dining by myself - was warmly welcomed; the service was great and the food really good. They were gracious and even a little flattering when I tried to practise my Italian which was an added bonus If I were back in Perth I would certainly come back.
Busy and polite staff. Didn't like the arancini much, quite dry but you can't like everything! Had to take half a point off because the toilet is through the foyer out the alley and services the car park..... it's not safe and it's not clean.
My partner is Italian so hard to please when it comes to here cuisine. But she is very impressed!

I am from Melbourne but do considerable travel to Perth and this is one place I always make sure I eat (quite often more than once per visit!)

We came here last night and had the best time.
The food was delicious (seafood pasta, entree deep fried calamari, entree calabrese sausage, lemon lime meringue pie), all of it - i even ate 3/4 of the bowl of chilis in oil; the service was friendly and understanding, and the serving sizes were exceedingly generous.

We ate here on a Friday evening. It was very busy but we managed to book a table on the night.
The service was friendly and efficient and the food was delicious. I had the veal saltimbocca.
Sadly, the restaurant is closing, but they're opening a new one called Roberto's on Bennett Street, and I look forward to eating there as soon as it opens.
Authentic Italian restaurant which is actually run by Italian people! Service is very good, they treat you with care and attention, trying to make sure you enjoy your meal and have everything you need for that to happen.
Food is very nice, decent amount of options and even a few vegetarian ;)
Regarding the cafe attached, coffee is really nice, they sell baguettes that look amazing (haven’t had the chance to tried them yet) but they are freshly made and stuffed in the moment you ask for one! Variety of cakes and ice cream to choose from if you have a sweet tooth.
I have to admit that sometimes even if I’m not in a coffee mood I go anyways cause I enjoy talking to Roberto while he prepares one for me! Super nice person!

Nice venue in a not too busy area. Service is good. Dishes are large and quite tasty, particular the pizzas. The menu is traditional Italian. I found the gnocchi dish lacked a bit of flavour, but have always enjoyed the pizzas.

We ordered Quattro Formaggi pizza - four cheeses, really well flavored and cheesy. I like the pizza crust, thin and tasty
About Ravioli, it's hot inside, soft and juicy
Next is the lovely Parmigiana with Spaghetti bolognese, Parmigiana is crunchy outside, hot inside, chicken is soft, not dry at all, a little bit salty, which matches perfect with their spaghetti. Because the spaghetti is saltines with the sour of tomatoes sauce. I really into the Parmigiana, rarely see any restaurant has the chicken cover with the powder without any gap like this venue, it's stunning for me.
Carbonara Pollo is normal, not really stand out for me
Move on to the desert....
Tiramisu - homemade - is soft, tasty
Apple pie is amazing, it's sweet but not too sweet, work well with the ice cream. Normally in other venue, their apple pie is really sweet, but not this one, which is really good
Overall, the food is good, the venue's atmosphere is cozy, however the price is a little bit high!
