It wasn’t all that busy when we arrived, After being seated we were offered beverages and served, but the waitress seem to forget about coming back to take our order so we were ignored for quite a while until the hostess came to check on us and learning that no one had bothered to take our orders yet she was very apologetic and quickly took our orders including mock tails which also seem to take a while to arrive, again she noticed our mock tails seem to take longer than expected so she apologized to us again and kindly got them to us on the house. Sorry didn’t get your name but thank you for being attentive to us. It’s a shame the other staff didn’t show the same interest. The food was lovely couldn’t fault the food. But the rest of the floor staff could be better especially when it’s not all that busy.

3.5 stars overall as breakfast buffet was nowhere near as nice as dinner. Breakfast spread was just okay, nowhere near as complete or fresh tasting as one would expect. Cooked food goes cold within seconds thanks to frigid air conditioning levels.
Stayed the night at Frasers and decided to dine in at Heirloom. Went with no/low expectations and was pleasantly surprised. Steak and barramundi mains were good. Starter of arancini balls was the winner of the night. Dessert was the only true disappointment with the crime brûlée barely set and the top not hard enough for the classic “crack”. Unlikely to pick this is as my fave hotel restaurant
only rating it a 4 because went with a groupon for 4 people (2 selected starters to share, mains and drink each, and dessert platter). if paying full price this would definitely be a 3.5.
the bread & dip and bread with chorizo & olives were nice. chorizo was really tasty and breads were warm and crisp on the outside.
for mains we had the steak (medium rare), the pork belly, and gnocchi, and the barramundi. person who had the barramundi loved it - said it was fresh and tasty. steak eater felt the steak was tough and over cooked but the accompaniments were nice. i had the gnocchi which i thought was great because it came with tons of ingredients, but unfortunately the gnocchi itself was very mushy and there wasn’t much sauce at all. pork belly was shared by 2 people who both said it was nice.
dessert platter was average - stuff you’d find at a buffet.
service was good, especially from the front of house (the only male staff that night in the restaurant), but food came soooo slowly. lucky we weren’t in a rush!
probably won’t be back, especially without a voucher of some sort, but we had a nice evening here.
Servings are fine dining portions.. Very small menu so difficult to please all at our table. Expect to pay $70 a person plus drinks. Tasting desert plate saved the day. Better options in perth for the price.
Great service with a good selection of gluten free & dairy free foods! Candles in the centre created a nice romantic atmosphere. Will visit again!
Came here for a buffet breakfast while staying at the hotel there wasn't too many people when we went which was good and there wasn't the biggest variety in food but there was a lot of paleo options would come back if I was staying at the hotel
Located in the new Fraser Suites hotel, it's well set out and a pleasant environment with attentive service.
Easy to find a good wine either by the glass or bottle. The food is based around the Paleo principles of low carb and low fat and is very good. Unprocessed and healthy that even after a great steak and a delicious desert like a chocolate rocky road, I didn't feel overdone (or guilty) but had eaten well.
This is a quality place and priced appropriately for the quality. I'll enjoy going again.
I've had breakfast and dinner at Heirloom and my comments are consistent with others here. While the food is good (but not outstanding), the service is lacking. I tried the paleo pizza and was pleasantly surprised by both the almond meal base and the cashew cheese but although it was a nice dish it really can't be compared with the taste and stringy cheesiness of a proper Italian pizza. The breakfasts are great and the chef's special and little pots of chia puddings and yoghurts are just superb.
I have to say that the rating on this restaurant do not do its justice! I love this place as the food I have to say is better than many of the fine dining restaurants out there in Perth. Located at the Fraser's Suite lower ground and as soon as I walked in the service has been impeccable. They have been very attentive but not intrusive. The menu is Modern Australian style and the place is spacious. My favourite dish has to be the Scotch Fillet with Bone Marrow, it is absolutely beautiful and always perfectly cooked! I have been back since for that particular dish a few times now. My other suggestion for main would be the salmon, barramundi and their confit duck. If you are looking for entrée, we have tried the king prawn and ho mak pla which are tasty. Pictures are from different occasions that we have dined in at the place. Unfortunately after the huge meals (since we always ordered way too much for what we can eat), we are always too full to try the dessert so perhaps next time!

So I walked into this restaurant and there staff where into me straight away took me to the table!
I ordered the prawn and pesto zucchini, it was ok prawns a little over cooked,
For the main I had the barramundi it was on nothing wowed me about it, and a glass of wine, Keep in mind these photos are zoomed in. U really need to order sides!!!!
I think the food is over priced for what it really is, i came into the restaurant alone so the service was ok but not out standing, for example I called out to a waiter twice for the bill and she left the plate on the table, it was just average food and average service
Buffet breakfast for $30. Great selection of food. Fresh fruit, hot food such as bacon, eggs, sausages, tomatoes, mushrooms, hash browns. They have a nespresso machine for your coffee needs, and also juice and water available. The atmosphere is relaxing, and pleasant. Definitely worth going back for breakfast
When I go anywhere, the first thing I do is read the reviews. Here, I received both forms of feedback. I was perplexed by the reviews, but I decided to go anyway. And, thank God, I was able to attend. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was captivating. The location was fantastic!
I checked the reviews before I decided to go despite Quite A few negative ones. But our experience were fantastic. Good service and great food. Steak medium rare, perfectly cook. Twice cooked pork belly is unique and delicious. Beef brisket is a total new found taste and different from what I had before. Desserts were beautifully Crafted. This is not a place for budget conscious person or someone looking for quantity. The serving is although not big but it is adequate. When you are ask by the staffs on how is the food. Please reply honestly Not just going home with a disappointed meal and post bias comments. And don't bother for fine dinning if you cannot wait.

Food was good, I wish there was more light. The mango panna cotta was amazing with the sorbet and loved loved the brisket. The shared platter was ok but felt it needed bit more content
Had a lovely dinner here. The service was good, the food was good and the wine was good. It's on the quiet side of town, so parking was easy to find and free after 6pm.
Booked a date night at heirloom on a Saturday with a special request, our waiter for the night was amazing at his job super friendly and helpful, we ordered the pork pizza and a margarita which was super delicious and enjoyable to eat. As I did request something special for a date night at the end of our meals they had given us small complementary tiramisu following with the writing “happy date night” which has surprised even myself. 10/10 I recommend this restaurant.
Went there for dinner and ordered the 300 g Steak. Medium well done. Excellent. It has been a long time since I have had a steak that good.
