The Supreme laksa was great, all the right flavours, the depth and spiciness, and machine made noodles from the restaurant/eatery.  Service was great and courteous.  The lady can converse in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.  They cared about the produce and service they provided, and very attentive without being intrusive.  This is a great little place to have some nice noodles, in Perth.  They have other varieties but I haven't tried.

With most things there are always some negatives, for the sake of improvements.
For soupy dishes, I like a big bowl, half filled with produce, which NF got it down to perfection.  The only negative is...soupy dishes need more stock, so the dish stays hot.  Whilst this could be a waste of good stock as the stock never gets finished...but that is how it should be done.

I will definitely return.

Went here for tea after a huge day on the pints and needed a nice easy tea and found it here ordered the wonton soup which was awesome plenty of flavour and noodles the only downside was drinking out of a bowl cause they don’t have disposable cups to share a bottle coke hence why no 5 stars and they don’t sell beers #drunklife

Delightful experience :)
Good food (I ordered BBQ pork and others ordered Laksa with spinach noodles etc).
Comfortable setting , although you might have to wait in queue given the mismatch of the number of people and the seating place.
Service - very courteous and helpful staff
Will definitely go again!

I’ve been some Noodle Forum branches, but the CBD one is the best.
The old man was making noodles here before, and I enjoyed looking it.
They recently started to sell more sides, I strongly recommend to have eggplant one. It’s cheap, nice flavour, and soft, melt in your mouth. I can eat a large bowl of rice only with this.

Really enjoyed a good bowl of laksa noodle soup, dried wanton noodles or beef brisket noodles here. The mee pok noodles can be abit inconsistent at times. It will be great if they can slightly reduce the proportion of the noodles for a more balanced flavour.

I come here regularly. Mee pok is well cooked, noodles have a lovely texture to them. Do yourself a favour and ask for some sambal chilli (akin to shacha sauce) - it's not spicy at all and adds a punchy umami flavour to the dish. A side of the crispy wantons is also recommended. Beef with spicy XO and crispy chicken noodles are good too. Laksa is a bit meh.

I have a lingering cold so felt like something warming and spicy - the Laksa Supreme certainly did the trick. Creamy coconutty spicy seafood goodness. Service was very quick and friendly.

Entering the Equus Retail Arcade, you will see a small noodle restaurant called Noodle Forum. Don't be fooled by its size. The noodles are made fresh on-site. The flavours are surprisingly tasty and you can choose from three different types of noodles to go with your main. There's something for everyone here. I tried the vegetarian (mushroom) noodles, and they had a rich mushroom flavour. The fried mushrooms were the next best thing to popcorn chicken! The value for money is pretty good too. Give this place a try!

No one (in Perth) even gets close to the texture and flavour of the noodles or the amazing laksa served here. I can’t speak highly enough of this eatery. Constant and DISTINCTLY DELICIOUS!

After walk passed their busy tiny restaurant a few times, I decided to try it today. I ordered chicken egg noodle (the other recommendations are laksa and braised pork noodle) and I LOVE IT SO MUCH! The chicken was crispy, with spicy mayonnaise and other toppings were just perfect. I also really enjoy my small egg noodle. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Definitely will return to try different noodles there.

Found this place by accident today and very happy we did! We had the bbq pork with dry noodles and bbq pork buns which was delicious plus not expensive. I will be eating there again when lm in the city.

They make their own noodles and is very springy with good texture. The sauce in the noodles is delicious. I order satay sauce over fried chicken fillet which is freshly fried with lots of crispiness. The chicken is well marinade and I guess they fried the chicken in lard and veg oil combination cos I can taste the lard on the crisp. The satay sauce is so yummy and definitely not from the bottle. Service is friendly and food is efficiently served. Really enjoyed this.
