Overall a nice hotel restaurant with quality food and service. It was a late Saturday night with just a few table of customer. We had a pumpkin soup to start and it was one of the best pumpkin soup we had. Silky smooth and rich in flavour, with a hint of spices. Although the butter come with the bread was melted in the package, we asked the waiter to change straight away. It's a open kitchen, the chef immediately alerted that he put the butter bowl near the warm serving bench so he took the bowl away to elsewhere. The barramundi is pan fried perfectly with crispy skin, seasoning well too. The beef brisket is not the best part of cut to me as it's too meaty, not much tendon and fat. As a result it was a bit dry and chewy.
Diana. We were staying at Mantra on Hay & were fortunate enough to have the buffet breakfast included. I have to say it was one of the better buffets we have had mainly due to the food being hot. Also there was a great sweet collection, just loved the fact they included friands. Oh & their smoothies were great also the bircher muslei
Gorgeous tasting food that is presented extremely well. A relaxed atmosphere and friendly, helpful staff which is surprisingly hard to find! Definitely on my favourite restaurant list now. Highly recommended
