Last meal in Perth, got to love ubereats
Good lamb vindaloo and chickpea salad. Prices are on the steep side compared to back in Brisbane. But to be fair, there was more chunks of meat compared to takeaways back home.
By the way, mela sells ladoo on their dessert menu.

I was impressed, on my last visit to Mela about 6 months or so ago, on the quality of the food and the revamped dining room and I was again on this latest lunch expedition. It sits up towards the top end of William Street opposite the Perth Mosque and with a menu covering a range of Northern and Southern Indian dishes has something for all who enjoy Indian cuisine.
My local Indian joint. Love the food here and I always go for the butter chicken and tandoori chicken. Like the other stuff too. Didn’t try the dessert tho but I’m not a sweets person.
On the upper side of William St. And corner of Robinson Av. Delicious Indian food. Love the naan and vindaloo here. Mango lassi is always nice as well. Don't know why it's quiet place but you are all missing out. Might be just the times I go.
6 of dined in, all pretty much the Thalis for dinner. Good portions and was pretty tasty, though the spice level could’ve been kicked up a few notches. Thali prices are slightly higher than expected, but still worth a try. Desserts and sweet treats on the display are gorgeous. Kheer came as part of the thali and it was fabulous. Would visit again. Service was lovely, we were a noisy bunch and they were really accommodating.
i went there late in the afternoon, they were getting close to closing before opening again later for the evening service. My partner she wanted a none veg tali and i want seafood tali. The chef agreed to make them, i was happy with my dish and so was karen. It was delicious, the staff were really good. We enjoyed it and the price was very fair.
Love this place! Some of my faves are the masala dosa, vegetarian thali, weekend chaat, chicken 65, biriyani, masala tea, samosas and sweets. Highly recommended!
Mela can be describe as a decent Indian restaurant with adequate portion size for the price and location of the business. The non veg thali is good value and the dosai are excellent
The management need to focus on the training of staffs such as sequence of service
Best Shahi Paneer I’ve ever had. ❤️ now Mela is my new favourite Indian restaurant although I’ve only ever ordered via UberEATS. I’ll definitely have to go in and visit it one day
Obvious choice of restaurant for Indian food located in north bridge. Fine dining experience with lots of options, starters, main course. Parking can be a challenge therefore go before it gets busy or allow 10 min extra to find a good parking spot.
It was sooooo good. We enjoyed every single dish at this place!
Have ordered delivery from here twice and it is now a favourite. I love their Lamb Korma, it's divine. So flavourful and creamy. I want to try their tandoori chicken next! When I dine in person, I would really like to try out their sweets too, the photos look interesting.
One of the best tandoori chicken in Perth. Your naan basket is too good and kadhai paneer is next level. Thank you for serving such nice food.
The best butter chicken I’ve had in Perth and the second best I’ve had in Australia. Sauce was thick like it should be and full of flavour. Delicious chicken. Paid 19,99 for a set (full sized curry + rice + naan) via Deliveroo, that’s a bargain, awesome value for money. One con - the chef did not really follow the special instructions I requested, I still really enjoyed it so it’s not that much of a big deal.
It was amazing!!! The food is really really tasty!!! Waiters are very nice!! One of the best Indians I have tasted!!! Thank you so much!!
