Cheap and cheerful. Dishes portions are perfect if you're dining with a smaller group.
Try the roasted chicken, you won't be disappointed!
Really enjoyed the whole evening. The service was top knotch and the wait staff even helped picking a noodle dish for us which was delicious
Great sister eats to Hawkers Cuisine if you’re after smaller, share dishes or if you’re simply not too hungry but still want to eat good food. No fuss, good service, affordable food. Don’t pass up the Marmite Chicken Bao.
Every time I come here I manage to order lots of variety of food as the prices are so low!! Wish the serving was slightly larger. I recommend the Sarawak laksa and satay.
Little Asian tapas style restaurant at the back of northbridge China town. Foods were super yummy with a good range to explore. Very reasonable prices also.
I have found my Penang rojak in Perth!!!! I also found Melaka chicken rice balls with the Chilli!!!! Very good experience with them! They saw that we are sharing, provided both plates and bowls to share. Refilled the water bottles before we even ask. Food portions are generally smaller than other establishment given to cheaper price(but then you'll order a variety to sample but still don't burn your pocket!). Food portion is good for the me the small Asian that constantly struggle with my ballooning weight. Eating out anywhere else is a challenge as the portion is so huge. This is good for me! Love love love it!
Amazing. No words to describe the taste of the food! I had mamak Mee Goreng and Pattaya fried rice. And it was yum! Also it's pocket friendly. It's going to be my regular spot.
Skewers were delicious, but small portions for the price. Flavours were quite authentic in my opinion, and each of the different skewers had their own distinct flavour. Meat pieces had a good fat ratio too. Satay sauce was flavoursome, good consistency with chunky peanuts.
The lobak was served as a combination with tofu and other things. Lobak itself was flavoursome, skin crispy. Probably the better tasting one I’ve had. Portions and size was slightly small.
Their drinks of the day (chrysanthemum and longan) was standard.
Overall, delightful snacks, loved how the food was served on hawker style plastic plates - just added to the whole “asian street” style.
Good food but no split bill? No explanation given? Pretty frustrating these days when there is no reason not to split bill. No line at the counter so no time pressure. Pretty disappointing.
Yum. Yum. Yum. Must come back. Really good prices yet freshness of food and easy service to exceed expectations of a little restaurant at the end of an alley. With most the options being great for sharing, the baos caused the most table fights, so we just kept ordering them to keep the peace.
