Excellent food, consistently good, we have had takeaway from here about once a fortnight for the last two years, the staff are friendly, I might have been a little disappointed once in 50 times, a high standard for a reasonable price
had a take away the other day from here and was really surprised with the amazing quality of the food!! Would even go as far to say it was one of the best Curry’s I’ve had in Perth!!
Great food, poppadoms and nan’s had a bit too much oil on them but my real mountain special was fabulous. The whole family was stuffed and the price was good. We will be back. Oh and the beer was nice and cold!
Came here for takeaway after after a long tiring day with my partner and ordered the Mango chicken, Lamb Korma, a serve of garlic naan, cheese naan and a single serve of rice. The order was very hot so it was a perfect temperature when we arrived home to eat and I could not have asked for a better meal 👌🏼 the icing on the cake was a couple of free pappadums added and a free drink when I picked up the order. Great comfort food and service to boot.
Went to this restaurant this evening. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Had the mixed tasting plate for entree. Very generous and delicious, everything so tasty. We had the coconut prawns, goat curry and also the biryani rice. Everything was delicious. Best Indian we've had in a long time. Surprised about the first two reviews on this site and wonder if they are legit
Fantastic food. Great curries, we had goat curry which was done beautifully. The Saag Paneer was as good as we have had anywhere. This is a great place to eat up in the hills. Get on it folks
An amazing meal! The curries were FULL of flavour, and left that ongoing tasty feeling in your mouth long afterwards. Best butter chicken I've found in Perth so far as it wasn't sickly sweet. They were generous with the amount of fish they included in the masala.
Fantastic service. They were running a few minutes late on my takeaway order and offered us free poppadums and a drink while we waited. I'll definitely be coming back!
We had the chicken momo, butter chicken, fish masala. pulao rice and garlice naan.
Been here a few times now and the food is made to order. - unlike some Indian Restaurants. We asked them to make a peas and cauliflower curry which was fresh and delicious. Mala, one of the wait-Staff is an absolute delight. If you like your food made with love, this is the place to come. Hope they keep it up!@
We've had dinner here several times and been impressed on each occasion. The Nepalese owners - chefs and front of house staff - are so friendly. Yes the decor could be more Nepalese /Indian but it's the food that we go for. The samosas are to die for...crisp delicious pastry filled to bursting with peas and potatoes. Dipped in the sauce they are a must have starter. We've tried several main dishes but the chicken korma and lamb dishes are our favourites. Served with a fragrant bowl of fluffy rice and butter naan and any diner would be replete. We will be back again and again. Namaste.
Excellent meal... Had the mixed starter with lolly pop chicken ... Goat curry , jalfrezi chicken and the house special vegetarian and lots of nann .. Very lad back and will be back again for sure
What a great find, conveniently located in the Hills at Glen Forrest. The food is delicious and very reasonably priced (see the online menu). Pretty standard serving sizes so easily enough left over for a lunch the following day!
It's decor is pleasant, the view through the window is OK - village greenery and an old cottage - and the atmosphere is very nice. It's a pleasant change to have appropriate music in an Indian restaurant. Staff are pleasant and accommodating but did take some time to get their attention (understaffed as is common in these pandemic times).
Highly recommended.
OMG! My (adult sons) had told me about this place in GF, where the curry was tops.
They shouted me it tonight. Woah, BEST purchased curry, EVER! (And we've been around the traps and visited the most elite curry restaurants).
We will be back and I can't wait to get my hubby some vindaloo!!! Portions generous.
11/10 peeps!
We'll be back! 🙃🙃🙃
Please support them, so we can come back!
Excellent lamb (Hot n' Spicy)and Chicken Sekuwa dishes (dining in) with delicately cooked rice and perfect garlic naan bread. The sauces were rich and tasty. Service is friendly, but very slow to arrive. Of concern, we were told by the waitress to use the same dirty knives and forks we had used for starters (Momo dumplings) as we waited on our mains (25 minutes). We wiped the cutlery clean with a napkin to avoid a hassle for the overworked waitress serving in the busy dining area.
Food is just amazing.had it twice this week.(even when they forgot my papadams)
But all up the best Nepalese restaurant in perth.so make sure you try as once you Do you are hooked.
