Seriously the best coffee I have experienced in Perth CBD. Enjoyed a bacon & egg brekky wrap and flat white for $10. Excellent! The girls on the counter and in the kitchen were welcoming and very cool. Great to see Di Bella coffee in WA.

Located in the guts of St Georges Tce, Zucca is handy if you need a quick takeaway coffee at a reasonable price. They have a small range of sandwiches etc prepared, and can make other orders. I like the coffee they are serving at the moment. It's strong, full of flavour and served with a smile. Zucca provides a service rather than a destination. Decor is pretty average.

Great coffee, rude staff. I go to Zucca everyday for coffee. The coffee is usually really good and the service is really fast.<br/>HOWEVER - You would think going everyday the staff would get to know you and at least smile and say hi?<br/>I never get a smile, especially the little rude one whose face will likely crack if she tried to smile.<br/>I don't usually write reviews that much, but today I decided to because I have had enough of the rude girls.<br/>PLEASE ZUCCA get some decent NICE staff - they really should be alot more friendly especially to customers they see everyday. Last thing I want to see in the morning is a sour face!<br/>So, for this reason, coffee Club here I come!

What happened?. Oh dear, something has changed and it isn't for the better. I had always been a big fan of the wonderful customer service at Zucca and lovely sandwiches until the new tall girl took over in the kitchen. Not only does she appear very unfriendly but when she makes the sandwiches they seem stale. She is shockingly slow and serves pulpy revolting juices. I think that someone should show her how to clean out the pulp collector so this doesn't happen again. Also someone needs to explain that people in the CBD don't mind waiting 5-10 minutes but 20 is ridiculous!<br/><br/>Please get your old kitchen staff back as the current one is a nightmare.

Why?. I always get my coffee from Zucca as its good. However this morning my flat white was so hot I couldnt hold the cup and had to wait a really long time for it to cool down. When it finally cooled down enough so I could sip it it tasted terrible, tasted like it was burnt. Im no barista but Im guessing the over hot coffee and burnt taste are related. What a pity as their coffee has always been great. Maybe just a bad day

SHort changed!!!. Just bought coffee, on return to office cup is only 60% full. Not the first time, I was only one in shop so it was not busy at 10am. Irish bloke ripped me off.

Average coffee and Staff!! Coffee taste bitter and poor customer service. Honestly, one more expensive and lacklustre coffee shop in the city. Not impress!!

Service can be patchy and coffees are a bit inconsistent (Great when they get it right. Meh albeit drinkable when they don't.) But IMO one of the better cafés in the CBD.

My new spot in Perth.. I love that place, went there last week, and was awesome.<br/>The blt is so yummi, and the coffee is perfect.<br/>The manager is very happy and the staff too.<br/>Best customer service, since im here in Perth.<br/>Cant wait to go back on Monday for a coffee.<br/><br/>Forget about all the others...go to zucca.

Horrific. Seems like Cheap coffee, but not when they go in the bin after one sip.<br/><br/>Used to come often, but it started to go wrong. Long waits with no queue and bad coffee sent us away.<br/><br/>Tried again today, no queue as usual. Might be because they use magic milk that goes in both skinny and regular coffees. Might be because we ordered three regular coffees which came out as 2 regular and a small somehow. Probably because all three were foul.

$4.80 for take away coffee???. I used to go to Zucca a lot when I first started working in the city. Came back to give it a go...<br/>Coffee tastes fine, its a nice drop, but you pay between $3.80 and $4.20 to have it dine in and up to $4.80 to have it put in a take away cup....terrible. That is terrible.<br/>A muffin and a long mac just cost me $8.50.<br/>I'm going back to Moana!!

Love it. This little cafe used to be owned by two guys, hence the comment by the reviewer below. And agree that one of them was particularly seedy! I used to avoid this place like the plague!<br/>However, since it has changed ownership, I couldn't be happier. The staff are amazing and friendly (and little things like remembering your name and how you take your coffee is really important!), and most importantly - the coffee is great! The food is fresh and exciting, and well priced.<br/>Definitely THE best place mid terrace for coffee and foodage needs!

Not happy. Cold coffee - not what I orderd - I doubled checked the milk used and got an uninspiring nod - full cream used not light as requested, tipped the coffee as I cant drink full cream - thanks for wasting my time and money

Zucca FLIRT. The Barista was soooooo busy flirting with the customer who came in after me, he was actually shaking the chocolate onto her coffee and totally missing the cup, he was sprinkling chocolate onto the floor! What's more is, I ordered before her and got mine after her! Go Figure. Coffee was cold, service was crap and they just lost a customer!

Nice spot for coffee. Quick takeaway joint located in the CBD with a few places to sit. I like the concept of small tiny burgers/sandwiches for a great price of $4.<br/><br/>The coffee was superb but the Batista seemed quite sloth like, no smiles, and he didn't make my coffee hot as requested. The guy serving us with the wavy hair and wearing the caffeine shirt was fantastic, great great service and it was good to see he repeated to the barista to make it hot (even though the barista was a bit useless).<br/><br/>The coffee itself was milky and frothy though. Prices are VERY decent here.

Nice coffee but not service. I just get really annoyed when a coffeshop can not get the customer oders right. when we said one latte and one skinny latte, we really meant it! instead, we were given two skinny lattes. <br/><br/>Its not that hard guys!! we couldnt be bothered to say anything so we just left. <br/>but coffee was great,, creamy milk and no bitterness! yum yum

Absolutely fantastic!! As a coffee connoisseur I was completely satisfied .. 10/10. Silky, smooth, rich, indulgent, delicious. Gives a beautiful mellow kick. Owner very dedicated and talks about his product with passion. Great little sandwiches that works as little bites for $3.5 and build up to something more substantial. Just brilliant.

Not so impressed with the service. I have opened the account with urbanspoon just for this.. Went to get a coffee this morning, totally got ignored when ordered. The guy was talking to someone while taking my order and fair enough the order didn't make it to the coffee team (didn't know until the end). I waited for a long while until I realised it's not right so I learned the person who ordered next.. and yep she got her order not long after. I went to complain with the coffee team and got my coffee. <br/><br/>The guy who took my order walked pass me a few times chatting with people without noticing me/ignoring me.. Bad start of my day (should have said something grrr)..

MORNING TREAT. I came across this little gem on St George Trc as I was about to jump on my bus. Instead I missed my bus and found myself enjoying a lovely cup of coffee and a great chicken and pesto roll. Since then I've gone through at least a couple of free coffee loyalty cards.<br/><br/>The staff here seems to really know what goes into a great coffee. You'll always get a smile with your coffee. My personal favourites here is their brie, turkey and cranberry sauce roll, choc chip muffin or ham and cheese croissant.<br/><br/>If you're looking a little place to sit down on your lunch break or on your way down the terrace, I highly recommend you drop in Zucca for a good honest cup of coffee.

5 Stars!!. As i was heading down Saint Georges Terrace this morning, i couldnt help but stop as the smell of fresh coffee filled the air. As i entered Zucca i was greeted by such friendly and bubbly staff, who despite being so flat out treat every single customer as if they were the only ones in the cafe. <br/><br/>Would recommend Zucca to every one i know.

Seriously...WOW. Came in here the other day, I think this is my new favourite spot.<br/><br/>The coffee was a perfect temp and the in-house coffee only serves in one standard size, it provides such a good coffee-milk ratio that really allows the five senses coffee to shine through.<br/><br/>The food menu is a nice addition as well, the danish salmon on rie and sunflour bread - roll if fantastic and the chicken pesto is another great choice.<br/><br/>I'd recomend this place to anyone, I've gone back every day this week, they've started calling me by first name (haha).

Great Coffee. I'm always on the hunt for a good coffee. A friend and I had been meaning to try Zucca for a while and finally we made it on Monday. Me with my usual skinny latte and my darling friend chosing her fave soy long macchiato. Both my friend and I could not have been happier with our delicious hot (but not too hot) coffees and to top what was turning out to be a fantastic encounter, Zucca Espresso is in the entertainment book so we had both for the price of one. Needless to say I will be going back.
