Seriously the best coffee I have experienced in Perth CBD. Enjoyed a bacon & egg brekky wrap and flat white for $10. Excellent! The girls on the counter and in the kitchen were welcoming and very cool. Great to see Di Bella coffee in WA.
Good coffee and made with a smile by a hot barista. Can't ask for more that that can you? No.
I just wish they'd stay open a bit later as most of us still need coffee after 3pm
Service can be patchy and coffees are a bit inconsistent (Great when they get it right. Meh albeit drinkable when they don't.) But IMO one of the better cafés in the CBD.
My new spot in Perth.. I love that place, went there last week, and was awesome.
The blt is so yummi, and the coffee is perfect.
The manager is very happy and the staff too.

Love it. This little cafe used to be owned by two guys, hence the comment by the reviewer below. And agree that one of them was particularly seedy! I used to avoid this place like the plague!
However, since it has changed ownership, I couldn't be happier. The staff are amazing and friendly (and little things like remembering your name and how you take your coffee is really important!), and most importantly - the coffee is great! The food is fresh and exciting, and well priced.
Definitely THE best place mid terrace for coffee and foodage needs!
Nice spot for coffee. Quick takeaway joint located in the CBD with a few places to sit. I like the concept of small tiny burgers/sandwiches for a great price of $4.
The coffee was superb but the Batista seemed quite sloth like, no smiles, and he didn't make my coffee hot as requested. The guy serving us with the wavy hair and wearing the caffeine shirt was fantastic, great great service and it was good to see he repeated to the barista to make it hot (even though the barista was a bit useless).
The coffee itself was milky and frothy though. Prices are VERY decent here.

My coffee was delicious and normally after some places I would have a tangy taste in my mouth but not here!
I also loved their egg sandwich! It was DELICIOUS!!!
Also $4 for a bagel and cream cheese, I would call that cheap! lol
Absolutely fantastic!! As a coffee connoisseur I was completely satisfied .. 10/10. Silky, smooth, rich, indulgent, delicious. Gives a beautiful mellow kick. Owner very dedicated and talks about his product with passion. Great little sandwiches that works as little bites for $3.5 and build up to something more substantial. Just brilliant.
MORNING TREAT. I came across this little gem on St George Trc as I was about to jump on my bus. Instead I missed my bus and found myself enjoying a lovely cup of coffee and a great chicken and pesto roll. Since then I've gone through at least a couple of free coffee loyalty cards.
The staff here seems to really know what goes into a great coffee. You'll always get a smile with your coffee. My personal favourites here is their brie, turkey and cranberry sauce roll, choc chip muffin or ham and cheese croissant.
If you're looking a little place to sit down on your lunch break or on your way down the terrace, I highly recommend you drop in Zucca for a good honest cup of coffee.
Pretty disorganised cafe with people standing around everywhere and waiting for a while. My muffin got taken out the back to get warmed up and I never saw it again. When I asked again about it they took another muffin out the back and then came back. Some improvement needed
