Love this place. Even I have to wait for my dumpling around 15mins. But you know what it is worth to wait. Here is only place in Perth, I feel I am in china right now.
Stunning food, comfortable service attitude. Let me feel the friendly attitude and service from the waiter during the busy day. Warmly recommend pork buns and pan fried dumplings!
I ordered two serves of their steamed dumplings and pork chop. The foods were absolutely delicious and the service was very sweet. You can find everything you want here including plenty of rice dishes, noodle dishes and also amazing pan fried buns and dumplings. We definitely come back!

Delicious dumplings for lunch @yangsdumplingwa in Waterford. Stirred noodles with mustard and shredded pork; Slow braised pork belly and rice; Steamed Pork dumplings (xiao long baos); Deep fried chicken nuggets; Pan fried pork buns; and Spring onion pancake. Absolutely enjoyed the mustard and shredded pork noodles, steamed pork dumplings and the pan fried pork dumplings. The pork dumplings (steamed and fried) was beautifully encased with soup (juices from the pork) in the dumpling skins. Just Yummm. Definitely coming back for more!!

Really amazing buns! Same taste as in China, fresh and juicy. Me and my husband went there every week and the new spicy shrimp buns are so yummy! Friendly customer service and clean environment. Well done!
Dumplings are definitely fresh made , juicy and the soup inside was Hot need to be very careful when you bite into it , we ordered, xiao long bao, the signature dumplings, wonton soup, cold tofu and preserved egg, cucumber pickle,kelp and the Tasty spring onion pancake which we all ( adults and Kids) love so much , theres one thing that i dont find it right , the menu said Kelp but when it came out it was japanese marinates seaweed , thats was the only dissapoinment , will be back for sure
Lovely place. For once it wasn't crowded out so I tried it with a friend. The dumplings were huge and very flavourful and the wait staff were friendly. Definitely coming here again!
Authentic delicious shanghainese dumplings. Tasty and hand-made just like the original store in Shanghai.
The "Pan fried pork bun" is a must get! Soft on the top, crispy fried bottom. Inside is stuffed with meat, veggies and a lot of piping hot soup, so be careful! The best way to eat it, is to flip it on the side, nibble a bite and let the steam out.
I’ve been to Yang’s Dumplings a handful of times. Always enjoy the food here. It is usually not too busy so it’s a good spot if you want quick service. My favourites are the Pan Fried Pork Dumplings and the Fried Bun & Condensed Milk (Mantou).

The beef dumplings are so so good!! It quickly became one of our favourite restaurants to have a meal when we’re around the area. Best dumplings we’ve had in Perth. The brisket noodles are good too but sometimes the meat is very fatty so it’s a hit and miss for us.
The dumplings are HOT and will burn your tongue if not consumed properly. (tear a hole in it for the heat to escape.)
That aside, I overall enjoyed eating here. The dumplings taste nice, but the pork and vegetable ones taste as if they were 99% veg and 1% pork. Flavor imbalance I'm not exactly pleased with.
The soup noodles are alright, but their meatballs are very salty.
BBQ pork noodles aren't as authentic imo. Still nice though.

I have no idea why this place doesn't have a higher rating on Google! The dandan noodles were flavourful. Also had the pork dumplings with peanut sauce. The wrapper had a nice texture and was cooked perfectly. I'll definitely be returning to try more items on the menu.
This is a new go to place for quick dumpling fix. Settle for the delicious dumplings and skip the noodles or rice
I come here often when I am at uni and have always loved the food! The dumplings are amazing and made in store, which you can see them being made. So cool! Friendly staff too
