My friend took me for lunch at EXP, the food were sensational , all 5 course menu was extraordinary as you eat you would wonder whats on your food. I have enjoyed each bite . Having lunch outside the heat of 37 degrees it was still awesome as we eat , I have enjoyed the views and atmosphere, looking at the vineyard while wearing is such a delight as well. The staff were friendly , the plating were superb. I will definitely go back there again. Driving that far to have lunch at EXP was worth it.
We had the EXP.erience menu and oh my goodness it was AMAZING! A huge amount of food with lots of creativity and native Australian produce. The vegetarian version was to die for. 100% worth the price because you’ll never eat somewhere like EXP.
We're locals and were incredibly fortunate to dine at the Chef's Table at EXP. very recently. We ordered the 8 course tasting menu and were absolutely blown away by the food journey we were taken on. Each dish was stunning and flowed beautifully from one course to the next and championed beautiful, earthy, local produce. We loves the interactive elements too. Dining at EXP. isn't just sitting down for a meal, it's a true experience, made all the more special by being able to watch the chefs at work, who were so calm, precise and methodical in their approach. We loved that the chefs were also the ones to bring the dishes out and impart their knowledge and experience in explaining them to diners. Such a treat and hands down, the best new restaurant in the Valley, and we can't wait to visit again.
