I went there with Katie this morning and I had a Skinny Vanilla Thick shake and Kate had a Skinny Latte. We both shared a bowl of Chips together. The staff were kind to us and the service was quick.

A change of scenery for the two of us and tried Stirr It Up Cafe, a non descript place from the outside, but wow, inside it's an absolute treasure. Now I'm not talking funky, retro Brunswick style cafe, I'm talking good food, good service and sweet treats to die for.
We arrived at 10am and by 10.30 it was very busy. We left at noon because we felt guilty sitting on a table that others clearly needed.
We dined inside as it's winter but there were others dining out the front. In summer it would be gorgeous, brollies up and dogs abound. In fact when we left there were already some pups arriving in their little chariot. Go to caninesatcafes on other platforms to see what the fuss is about.
Anyway, back to the good stuff - the food. I had beans on sourdough and my friend the hash which both were great. Good portion sizes and very tasty. My banana smoothie was superb and a large latte is....large!
There are sweet treats at the counter that will have your mouth watering as well. Should've taken something home for afternoon tea.
Toilets are unisex, disabled friendly and clean.
Kids welcome. Wheelchair friendly. Plenty of parking either out the front or across the road.
Big shout out to Cass who was just the most delightful waitress for our table. Thank you Cass.
So this is a must try, away from the madness at Eastland. And it's across the lake so you can walk off your meal with a little stroll.
Enjoy!
I had the mushroom bruschetta and it was amazing. A perfect brunch/lunch cafe with very polite staff. The coffee was perfect and I wouldn’t hesitate with recommending this place. Keep up the good work!
