No waiting for anything. The staff were friendly and attentive. Always smiling and no used plate or glasses left on the tables. We had potato skins for entree which we shared and they were outstanding. Couldn't fault them. Hubby had fillet and pork ribs. Pork ribs were chock a block with juicy succulent meat like I've never seen before and he reckons it was also the best steak he has ever had along with great chips and salad with an extra pepper sauce also the best he's ever had. He would have given you a 10 out of 5 if that was possible. My meal although was absolutely beautiful did have a couple of not quite 5 out 5's. The chips and pepper sauce were to die for yummo. My salad was a tad wilted and dry which i did leave on my plate. I had the fillet and garlic prawns. The garlic sauce was 10/10 the prawns were 8/10 if was like they were cooked prawns just chucked in at the end. Still good but not great. The steak was beautiful intill i got to the middle bit which was dry and over cooked. I ordered medium and was borderline well done. Still very tasty but not 10/10. I would also suggest that you offer a lite cut version as not all of us are huge eaters, hence the conflict between my husband and me. He loves huge were as I do not. A smaller version of my meal would have been great except for the slight issue with the steak. Overall a truly great experience and as hubby said "we'll be back" haha. Was way to full to even entertain a dessert sadly.
Well my first experience of 'The Ranch' was Fri night 27 April...i was taken there on a first date..i had no idea it even existed....but the meal was lovely...staff were great...and my company was awesome �....
Tonight (7th May) was our 2nd visit to your establishment..with family and friends....and can i say that once again everyone excelled...My meal was so delicious (Reef and Beef)...we even ordered dessert and although it came out wrong to start with the friendly and attentive staff were more than happy to fix it...
I know there were staff learning on the night and there are bound to be a few hiccups but a credit to the senioir more experienced staff who stepped in when needed...and to the staff learning you did a fabulous job congratulations......
We had a little one year old at our table and how wonderful of you to take time out to play games with her...give her a cuddle and a scoop of ice cream...
I think it was Brooke in particular..what a credit you are...and to the management team please commend and take good care of the excellent staff you have...we will def be back...
Also congratulations to management for caring about the little things like the personal hygiene facilities in the toilets and mothers room.... �����
I had lunch today, the ribs and mashed potato were the best, juicy, yummy sauce and huge. The dessert was heaven, will be going back soon. The waitress was friendly, explained the menu and made suggestions, presentation was great, waiting time good, recommend this restaurant to everyone.
