Wonderful restaurant with delicious food and great service. Have been here many times over the years and although it may have changed hands it's always been consistently good! Highly recommend.
My husband and I went there tonight in a party of 6 for our 25th Wedding Anniversary. We shared the beautiful entrees of steamed dim sims, money bags, chicken satay sticks and spring rolls and each of us order our individual main meals. The food was amazing and the service was excellent. The owner and staff were very obliging and friendly. It was a very enjoyable evening and we will definitely return here again.
This was my second visit to Baan Phaya in Scarborough and I was not dissapointed. The service was quick and friendly. The Barramundi was beautiful. and well presented. Once again our meal was delicious. The coconut rice was the best I have eaten anywhere, a strong coconut flavour and amazingly stayed hot until the last mouthful, 10/10. I can't wait 'till my next visit to QLD.
Very disappointed with our takeaway meals tonight. The foods we order, according to staff we spoke to over the phone, was all avalable. We picked up our takeaway order.
When we get home we start opening the dishes our daughter told me her noodles soup didnt have any noodles, just vegetables. The dishes we requested to be very spicy were bland and watery.
I called the restaurant and spoke to one of staff and she ask the kitchen about the dish and they told her they had runout of noodles and added additional veges. The price not even adjusted or advised to me at time of pick up. Normally we love the food at the restaurant as we have been going there since they opened. Having said this we will give them another go....just a bad Night.
