Firstly great location and view. Decor is nice and warm. Service was lovely and very helpful, we normally have to prompt for a high chair but were beaten to it which was really nice. Food was great, kids devoured the calamari which is rare for them, flathead fish was excellent and the chicken parma was juicy and had a lovely relish topping rather than just your standard paste. In all really good venue. The only downside, and this is being a touch picky is that the soft drink was a premix or at least tasted like this, was a slight blip on what was otherwise a very nice meal!
Enjoyed a lovely breakfast Saturday x 3 of us. It was a full house upon arriving, we had to wait for a table. Which really wasn't a bother as had time to soak up the wonderful views of the beach. Owner (i would say) was very helpful & friendly which were most staff members. Food was lovely, i enjoyed Eggs Benedict with Salmon whilst my daughter had waffles with fresh berries & my sister enjoyed a sweet treat. Definately would return. 😁
Midday lunch with a friend and our babies. We each had a bowl of wedges with sour cream and sweet chilli sauce, paired with coffee, followed by cake - lemon curd cake for me and a cheesecake for my friend. The wedges were good - a generous helping, though nothing special (read standard packet ingredients), coffee good, and cake delicious though overly sweet for my taste and the portion so large we took a substantial portion home.
The service was great - despite our cumbersome prams taking up a lot of room in the small cafe - the staff were helpful and welcoming. The prices reasonable and the ambiance lovely. Beautiful views of Seaford beach throughout. When the weather is good I imagine the beach side outdoor seating would be gorgeous.
