Since the recent change in management, Domino’s Carrum Downs has seen a huge and noticeable improvement! Pizzas are hot and fresh, and they are accountable when things don’t go right.
The team is for the most part super friendly and nice. They seem to be on the same page when it comes to making high quality food and delivering on service. With their new local approach, these guys are on the right track for sure. Highly recommend.
Delivers timely, so food is still hot when it arrives. Some minor mistakes now and then, but staff are friendly, accommodating and are happy to do their best whenever we have any issues. I would say, they make the best thin crust pepperoni pizza, an all-time favourite. Thanks guys! 🙂
Very nice helpful staff. Owen went above and beyond to help me, even calling me back to further explain a difficult delivery situation. He was very polite and professional and deserves a raise or solid bonus!
