I have a severe gluten intolerance and before discovering Zambreros gluten free options I had NEVER had a burrito 🤫. When ordering I was asked whether I had any issues with gluten, this really improved my experience and filled me with confidence that they would be able to cater to my needs.
AND they always put great consideration into ensuring that cross-contamination does not occur by covering the black rice tortilla in baking paper.
There is always a good balance of meat, rice and extras (incl. salads, salsas etc.). The salsa options are great but I always get corn 🌽, as it adds another level of freshness and crunch that I LOVE.
Whilst the serving sizes are great, it can be quite costly but it’s still currently my favourite fast food restaurant.
FYI it sucks to have to pay extra for guacamole but it’s worth it 💯
Customer service is always great and food is always on point 👍🏼 Myself and my partner love eating from here and will continue on coming back!
It's your typical zambies, how can you go wrong! It's a fast food chain that's done well - gotta be my fav fast food by a mile. Also sneaky tip: ask for crushed up corn chips in your next burrito! That extra crunch just pushes it to that next level.
We swung by before a movie at the Odeon. I ordered a pork classic burrito which was a generous size, lots of salad and with a slightly hot sauce added. I think the pork flavour got lost. The highlight was a chap serving actually talked with us about our day, we asked about his day and so on, and we learnt about his career aspirations. Great down to earth guy! Enjoyable moment and that interaction bumped it to a 4!
Visited with family. Nachos were a big hit with the kids. We enjoyed a burrito each. Staff friendly and were happy to guide me through the large selection without rush. Felt nice. Clean eating area. Has toilets for customer use. 5/5 will be back when visiting in-laws at semaphore beach again 👍👍
Always enjoy eating here, food is always fresh and the staff are always friendly and quick. Looking forward to my next visit! The pulled pork is amazing! I do feel some extra jalapenos would be nice though.

REVIEW UPDATE: tonight I called in and not only was our food amazing as ever but the server's attitude was absolutely fantastic ☺️ not only were they super friendly and seemed genuinely interested in chatting with us but they also knew exactly what they were doing around the area and dealt with us and uber orders really quickly and efficiently 😅 I was super impressed! I'd come back anyway for the food but honestly with service like that they deserve a raise 💙
In the last week I have ordered nachos and a vegetarian bowl to go. Great service & the food is really fresh & tasty. It's my new fave takeaway place!
Stopped in here for a little, was very clean, quiet and staff were great. Haven't eaten the food yet but heard it was great.
