Loved the crumpets, always a classic. Quite pricey but Big portions. Took the family out here and everyone was a big fan. Been back several times.
Got the shared breakfast for two, i the proceeded to steal the crumpets from my friend and devoured them in a matter of seconds along with some bacon. Good balance of sweet and savoury items on the menu. Can’t wait to go back!

Gusto has always been my favorite brunch place in Perth! Food is always good and fresh. My favorite menu is their winter menu in which they serve some creamed mushroom dish. It’s really good.
Their pulled pork sandwich is also good and portion is huuuuge. Their juices are also fresh! Definitely recommended if you are looking for a brunch place.
Our favourite breaky place in the neighbourhood. Funky decor, good service and coffee met my coffee-snob taste. Good selection of food - tried the salmon and avocado dish and hubby had big breakfast. Both were perfection. Definitely coming back here.

Last morning in Perth and I thought that we'd get a filling brekky before the long flight home. Stopped at Gusto Food on our way to the airport, especially love the early mornings at Perth where traffic is sparse and parking is exceedingly easy. The cafe wasn't too large, but we found seating inside at one of the few remaining tables.
We had the herbed mushroom and big breakfast. The mushroom dish is delicious, flavourful mushroom paired with poached egg and haloumi with a side of butter and avo toast. Big breakfast was pretty average but filling. Coffee was good as well.

Hero Dish: cheesy scrambled eggs with sausage on toast. My only minor complaint would be that the toast was very hard to eat and cut into small pieces as well. So it would be great if the toast is easy to cut into next time. My mum had the same problem for her dish as well, she was struggling at times to cut it.
Verdict: a great cafe spot situated in South Perth to have brunch with your family and friends. Lots of space inside the cafe with lovely staff always catering to your needs. Be sure to take free water with mint leaves placed in front of the glass cabinet at your convenience for a refreshing drink if you need while eating your food. Other than that, I had lovely experience in this cafe and will be definitely back again to try something else off their menu.
This place truly is one of the best brunch place in south perth. Always busy on the weekends and their food is an absolute delight! Tried this place a couple of times with different types of foods and it’s truly a treat! Their cheesy scramble eggs and crumpets are to die for, must try!
Gusto food never fails to disappoint. Haven’t been for a while till recently. Awesome coffee & very friendly service from Andrew the barista who seems to know every regular that come pass the door. Tried the cheeseburger today & it was absolutely delicious 😋

One of my favourite cafés in Perth! I would say it would be in my top 5 brunch spots! Great coffee and they always have really nice specials.
6 stars, favourite place for breakfast and lunch. Staff are friendly and service is fast. Must have visited 50+ times now over the years and loved every meal (esp. the crumpets!). There is often a wait for a table on a Saturday but it is usually no more than 10 minutes for a table for two. Check the specials for something new, and they might have pancakes if you are lucky! 🥞
I wish I could give this place more stars because it’s absolutely amazing.
I have probably been 20 times to date and eaten only the crumpets every time and they never get old.
My all time favourite cafe in Perth that brings me so much joy when I go there.
