For a cafe in a home maker centre next to IKEA, they do pretty good coffee and service is always friendly. I have never eaten here, with so many delicious food options in Springvale, but the menu looks good. It can get busy at times so prepare for a good 10 to 15 minute wait for a coffee.
Been coming here for years and it’s been consistently wonderful - excellent coffee, good quality delicious food (including both fresh cooked and ready from the display!), great service plus lovely ambience and actual sunlight. I’ve come to the shopping centre several times literally just to enjoy this cafe. It’s underrated and a real gem in the area.
Great food and beautiful interior. I came in here to grab some brunch and decided on the Bircher Bowl. I'm glad to see this little shopping centre has some great options.
I can see a few bad reviews here but I can only comment on my experience.
The staff were friendly, the area is spacious with nice decor and nice atmosphere. There is an outdoor area which would have been nice today in the sun.
We had the chef special, a lemon and herb chicken salad and the schnitzel. Both dishes were very good.
처음과 두번째 방문했을때의 라떼 맛이 다름. 첨엔 진짜 좋았는데....그래도 브랙퍼스트메뉴는 푸짐하고 맛도 있었다. 주문받는 직원도 친절한 편이구. 이케아 앞에 있어 가면 한번 들러 볼만하다.
더 쓸 말도 없는데 왜 140자나 써야 하는지 모르겠네. 한국처럼 좀 편하게 개선할 필요가 있어 보인다.

Thank goodness there is ONE spot that consistently manages to make a good coffee in the homemaker centre...the place you really need one before tackling IKEA.
Meal prices are also reasonable for the serving size. I usually get the lasagne which is a big slice with lotsa cheesy goodness and a side salad...for $10 and I am happily stuffed!
Baked goodies like banana bread and slices are also good.
Letdown is their slow service. Regardless of quieter weekdays or queues on the weekend, the coffee service is particularly slow. Lucky the drop hasn't disappointed yet.

Fast and friendly when ordering however barista may need some help to get those coffees out. It's a dangerous game making people wait 20mins for their caffeine fix!

Spacious with tables out front in centre walkway, inside has small tables, a mammoth communal table infront of the coffee machine as well as ample tables out in the sun. It can get quite loud so grab a table right at the back of cafe for a 'quieter' (slightly) meal.
Kid Friendly: Yes, high-chair available
It's a nicely sized cafe, went there with a relatively big group. The food is good but a little overpriced for what it is. I had the waffles 👍🏾

Didn't expect to find this in the Mall. The number of times we ended up at IKEA for the little ones, begrudgingly.
This would have saved the day.
They have a real kitchen and serve an array of real products made in premises for most - definitely not your standard mal food court contender.
No idea what is wrong with some of the negative reviews, and since I don't enjoy coffee I cannot vouch fo CoH's, but everything we tried today was tasting great and was generous: a B.A.L.T with a lovely sauce, a Sweetcorn and Tuna focaccia (wife raved about it), chips with aioli (in insights, 1 bowl would have been enough for 3 - that's how generous portions are, including in the volume of garlic in the aioli :p).
No fresh juices but they serve Noah's which are a great alternative (no concentrate, additives or added sugar).
Staff was lovely and fun to interact with, as well as efficient.
There is a poster near the kitchen showing they are sponsoring an orang outang.
They also have a facility to charge your phone/tablet which worked a treat for the kids.
As written above, I didn't expect much and I got a treat - I will be back.
Go here for the banana bread!. The title says it all.

We just had the best customer service by the lovely Hayden this morning. We were so impressed by his warm welcoming personality and his ability to make us feel important even with all the customers he still had to serve behind us, he made sure we where the priority during serving us and every customer before and after us. We are so impressed and definitely would come for his amazing service again.

I visited the cafe today with my twins and I was greeted by Hayden (I asked for his name), he was so polite, upbeat and helpful. I found him to be one of the most professional customer service representatives I have ever experienced. Hayden helped turn our miserable day into an enjoyable one. We will come back here just to experience the excellent customer service again. Very happy
Always drop in here for a coffee when at the centre. Food was good too, loved it and shoved it.

We were popping in for a takeaway coffee on our way out but the food looked so good we decided to dine in and give it a go.
Carrot cake was soo good and the chicken schnitzel roll everything was super fresh..

Lovely service and a delicious egg and cheese roll. Plus Diet Coke in a glass bottle!!!! I was also advised by my dining companion that the coffee and biscuits are delightful 😊
Great friendly staff with great service. Excellent for brekky before you get into the shopping. Food not only tasted good but was generous in portion size. Lovely and clean and tables well spaced.
