Ate here and it turned my world upside down. What I previously knew to be delicious I now consider bland and boring. All because of the new explosive and mind blasting flavours only available at GC which have raised the bar of what is amazing food. It was like a Lunar New Years Party in my mouth. Ordered the 2 pork (char siu & crispy pork) with rice and my partner got the spare ribs and rice. The pork was flavourful and had a nice crunch. The rice tasted a bit dry but nonetheless we had a good feed.

Honestly, so far every item we've ordered has been fantastic, none a let down.
Of the best were their salt and pepper Japanese Tofu, Soft shell crab, special fried rice, salted fish fried rice, and roast/bbq pork.

Definitely the best roast duck and roast pork in springvale. The staff there were really nice. My partner had the charsiu as well apparently its out of the mind good next time.im definitely coming back for.char siu
Delicious food and amazing service! My partner and I have been coming here since they opened and will always return. The team here are all customer service oriented which is super rare in Springvale. Amongst all the yummy noms they have, by far, the roast pork remains a favourite for me.

One of the best restaurants in all of Springvale. Amazing fresh food. Roast pork and duck and also the chicken is all so delicious and is full of flavour. It is also so cheap. For 3 people we paid about 39 dollars including drinks. Overall is was an amazing experience. Definitely reccomend coming here if in Springvale.
Love this family operated business. Customer service was amazing and so was the food. We came in last minute, 30 minutes before closing time and they were still happy to feed a table of 12. I definitely recommend the tofu there so good. This is my new favourite Springvale restaurant and will definitely be visiting soon.

We entered the restaurant in late Sunday lunch and it wasn't that busy, and was offered seat with a warm smile and menu was offeedo straight up alongwith jasmine/Chinese tea which is an excellent sight to have.
We ordered Roast duck and pork half n half platter and a Con gao (dumpling soup) and waited patiently for it to be served. After about 15 mins or so we enquired with our order taker and she admitted that she forgot to punch the order in computer and she quickly did that and apologized for it.
Understandably that can happen with anyone and we said it's okay to make an error of this sorts so after another almost 15 mins we got our food,piping hot and wonderful portion size. After tasting it, it was roasted to the core and the meat was juicy,served with a clear soup (which could have been seasoned more) but no worries. The dumplings soup was made really tasty and believe you me the flavours were bursting in mouth, so sinful.
Not mention all this came in a bill of under $25.
After clearing my cheque, I had a word with head chef/one of owner who was relatively new and we exchanged good ideas and not many places in Melbourne whose chef would like to know about your experience, which here is so good....
Guys, I absolutely recommend this place which is so good on taste and so fairly price,try it once and you will love it....
Golden chopstix is a Chinese restaurant initially established in springvale and it has got really good reputation around that area and the prawn dumplings here is the best try it!!

I have always come here for takeaway meats since its opening, however decided to dine in for lunch. The crispy pork is always a winner when you have the crunch. The fried squid was light and not overly seasoned. The seafood noodles had gteat flavour although it needed more sauce. The broken rice was fairly standard.
Ordered two roast with rice which was roasted duck and BBQ pork and also ordered the pipis in XO sauce. The roast duck was delicious, would have hoped for more meat on the roast but was tasty, BBQ was top notch and tasty, highly recommend, pipis were nice and the Chinese donut was spot on, overall food was tasty. If you ever eat here order their roast meats
Friendly staff great food. Salt and pepper chicken ribs were the bomb, roast pork was salty , moist with a crunchy crackle to die for. We will be back.

Was looking for golden chopsticks but they were no where in sight. Rather we were presented with red... But that's okay, food here tasted like gold anyway. We ordered the dry noodles with roast pork, soy chicken and char siu. Crispy pork belly skin with a good fat-to-meat ratio and salted to perfection. Soy chicken I didn't get to taste because it was all gone before I could stick my chopsticks out and grab one...pretty self explanatory I guess. Char siu was glistening and juicy. None of that dry stuff. You can taste the freshness and love put into each piece of meat.
This place does not disappoint. I have eaten here a couple of times whilst in Springvale and everything on the menu is just as perfect as you can imagine. The only thing that bothers me, is the layout of the restaurant as it is a bit compact in seating.

Ordered honey chicken and 3 x roast with dry noodles.
I felt that the honey chicken could have a been more sticky but nonetheless still satisfied my honey chicken cravings. The dry noodle serving was slightly less than your average serving in Springvale but felt just enough. The noodles were Al dente cooked with just the right bitem The roast were all nice a juicy too as expected from the competition in Springvale. Overall not too bad. Will be back for takeaway roast!

2nd time: got takeaway roast duck - least fatty and most meaty duck in all of Springvale. This will be my new go to I think!
Needed to get a whole roast duck for dinner tonight. We decided to try Golden Chopstix (part 6 of 7 of our Springvale blitz). The roast duck was very competitively priced but be aware that its overall size is slightly smaller than other places. Having said that though, the duck was well seasoned and meaty - nothing worse than a bony duck. The skin was not overly fatty and the accompanying sauce was quite unique.
We also bought some Chinese sausage which was sweet and savoury.
Ok, one last stop before we head on home. We had cravings for something sweet so it was off to Ben Tanh Hot Bread and Cakes for our final stop!
Newly setup restaurant nearSpringvale SC, We usually stick to the same one in town. Decided to check out this New one Just for a change. Ordered 3 roast mix with pho and Pork chop witb fried rice. Roasted Duck and Suckling Pork were Just cooked to our expectations, Pork chops were nicely marinated with spices, and fried rice was also perfect. Will definately come back again!
This is my new go to place in springvale, service is great! Staff are polite and friendly, food is good quality and great value. I would recommend golden chopstix to my family and friends, the BBQ pork is quality!

A clean, vietnamese/chinese restaurant with spacious tables and woodern tables.
Ordered the grilled pork and springroll with fine vermicelli cake. Crispy springrolls and the grilled pork is well seasoned. The pickled vegetable are just right. A generous amount of fresh lettuce and meat.

This recently opened little restaurant serves top quality beautiful food. Friendly and caring front of house staff make the experience even more personable and enjoyable. The terrific display of Roast Duck and Pork at the entrance sets the scene and gets your mouth watering for what is installed. My family have tried several dishes, Honey Chicken, Fried Rice, Roast Pork, Bun Bo Hue and the yummy Wonton Soup. Everything was delicious with superb high quality ingredients used throughout. The Char Sui was spectacular and the slight amount of fat running through it added to the juicy texture.
Well Done to this new Family Run establishment our family's number one go to in Springvale !

Out of the abundance of roast pork that my boyfriend has eaten all over Melbourne, Golden Chopstix roast pork is “definitely up there” he even got an extra tub to take away for lunch tomorrow. We were firstly surprised how fast the food came out and the service was very happy, welcoming & friendly (you guys are great!). The salt & pepper tofu, chicken wings, spring rolls and roast pork were all very tasty and crispy and the broth in my noodle soup was perfect with bouncy noodles. We had vegetable dishes too which all had fresh veggies and we enjoyed partaking in the several condiments on the tables (I think it was a sweet red bean sauce that my friends were obsessing over) we will be back. I recommend trying this restaurant!
Was wondering around Springvale and randomly chose to dine here as the place looked new and very inviting. It certainly didn’t disappoint!! Had the roast pork because I was craving and it was so good, not too fatty like some places I’ve been 😍 Also had to try the fried bao because I love dessert and you could tell it was made fresh to order, so delicious!!! Going back for more 100%. Really want to try some of the other dishes.

Everything was handled with efficiency and attention to every detail was given. Food was delicious, fresh, properly prepared (outstanding quality and quantity) and truly a great value for the price. All the dishes that we ordered were all YUMMY!!! (Ordered roast pork and duck, spring rolls, fried rice, combination crispy fried noodle, diced beef with broccoli, sweet and sour fish, salt and pepper chicken ribs) We highly recommend this place and of course, will definitely comeback.
Been here twice now, both times having their noodle soups. Bun Mam was a little sweet for me but the BBH was so flavoursome! Might not be spicy enough for some but the broth is really rich! I don’t like it too spicy so it was perfect for me. Spring rolls were a little soggy on the bottom maybe from the lettuce but yummy! Would recommend checking this place out!
Definitely check it out! The service was speedy and within a couple minutes all our food arrived! Reasonably priced and portions are big. To top it off, this is the first Asian restaurant where the latest tunes are played! A few international songs here and there, but a very diverse playlist. 10/10, will be returning again :)

Came here last night after reading the positive reviews on Zomato. We got roast duck and pork with dry noodles and the seafood crispy noodles. Both dishes came out quick and were delicious. This place really stands out in Springvale as one of the few places that accepts card but also offers really good service. I think its the first time I have ever been asked how my meal is in Springvale. They have only been open for 6 weeks and we are sure that this place will be a hit!
I've been a couple of times to get take away roast meats good portions & price, the staff are very friendly and for once in Springvale you get service with a smile. Would definitely like to go & dine in as every time I go get take away, food coming out of the kitchen looks delicious.
New Chinese/Vietnamese restaurant in Springvale seems to be an instant hit with the locals. Believe me, it's hard to get a full house for a new restaurant.
For the most part it specialises in roast meats, every dish that passed us made my mouth water. Why the hell did we order all these other dishes? My BBH was okay, needed more spiciness and lemongrass, the fresh chillies helped (they were bloody hot). Broth had a nice beefy flavour to it that I almost drank the whole thing.
Friends thought their food was okay but also vowing to come back for their roast meats. So if you haven't figured out what I'm gesturing at, come here for roast meats, there's a better chance you'd enjoy that more than the rest. Really, most people were ordering just that. Expectations heightened for next visit!
My partner’s family have been coming here since the grand opening so i had been anticipating to try this place out. Not your average Chinese dine in and takeaway even though it can barely sit 35 customers or more.
Food cooked fresh, fast and served warm. Staff are friendly and welcoming; general vibe of the restaurant was full of positivity.
The Crispy Roast Pork and Duck on Rice was on point. The skin had a wonderful crunch, Pork was juicy and tender and the Duck was full of flavour.

Wow! What an improvement. Menus are simplified and are much easier to follow. Overall, We had group of 4 and were very well fed for a fair price. The soy sauce roast chicken was the highlight and the best we’ve had in this region. We would go back for this single dish.

Great new addition to springvale. The salt pepper chicken ribs are ace and so is the fried wontons as an entree. Roast was delicious. This is a new place so still going through some teething however staff are super attentive.

Food was awesome, we had the BBQ pork, Duck and Pho. One of the best Pho if not THE BEST Pho in Melbourne great taste, large quantity, amazing.
Staff were wonderful, present and helpful.
