Best Vietnamese broken rice so far, would really recommend to anyone. Don't be off by the look. The place seems pretty old but the service and the food (the quality, the portion) is worth trying

Ok, so this place on first impression is pretty run-down and pretty much in the middle of nowhere – no kidding. ... But this is probably the closest one will get to home-style Vietnamese fare in Melbourne. Serving sizes are very generous, flavours incredibly honest and homely.
