My absolute favourite Melbourne venue, the view is unreal the staff are great and the food and drinks even better. I’ve had a number of functions here from casual to formal and it caters for everything! Highly recommend to anyone. Sunday arvo’s in summer are the best.
We have visited a few times and the food has never let us down we have enjoyed the ambience in the environment and the staff have always been attentive I really would recommend a visit 👍
I tried the French Toast Fruit Loaf from their new winter breakfast menu and was not disappointed. A must eat for anyone craving a sweet treat for brunch, and a must visit location for anyone in Melbourne!
Had the Avocado Dukkah Toast at little blue today it was absolutely amazing. Would definitely recommend going and enjoying their new menu, lots of vegan and vegetarian options.
I absolutely love this place! The view is more than enough to win you over but the live music, the service and best of all the food! Everything I’ve ever eaten has been tasty and fresh. Good work team you’ve got me for life :).
A beautiful place by the bay on the pier. The finger foods are great. They serve a forsa alchohol with rum and vodka which is worth a try. Their hand made cakes are good too. For the time you get to spend there, the dinner platters are also good. Friendly staff and good crowd.
After watching the Penguins return home after sunset, we went to the Little Blue restaurant. We could hear live music from this place and wanted to check it out. Amazing view coupled with one of the best Fish & chips I've had I Australia and Lattes, it was a great night.
Came here for brunch one morning, the scenery is very nice as it’s on the pier. The staff are nice, the food is good and reasonable portions. It’s a nice place to start the morning.
Out Breakfast hankering lead us here. Great views and the oceans tranquility are its highlights for me. Plus set in a historical moly restored building is pretty cool to boot.
Our two menu preferences were the Eastern eggs and the Charred Corn Rosti. I never had the chance to try the Rosti as Mr Go-Go devoured his meal so quickly! None the less both dishes were presented with so much colour and pizazz (my favourite part of eating out). I enjoyed my Eastern eggs. However, the descriptive “roasted nuts” were just your basic peanuts, almonds or pistachios would of made the dish that little bit more. The pitta served with the Eastern eggs was slightly oily but made for a good edible spoon, helping me to savor the yummy hummus below my eggs.
We will definitely return, the sweeping city skyline views, chilled out vibe and good selection of colourful plated dishes. Are the biggest draw cards for Little Blue.
Superb location, with views of the bay. Best to go around sunset on a calm, cloudless day to get the best ambience.
I had the fish and chips, and enjoyed it immensely. We were a party of 8, and everyone was happy with their meals.
The only complaint I had was that the service was very slow.
We were fortunate enough to be there when the penguins came in from their daytime fish-hunting in the bay, to waddle up onto the pier, past the intrusively curious humans, to find their cubby-holes amid the rocks, and sleep for the night.
Had amazing dinner and drinks last night at little blue.
Great shared dishes, drinks and service.
And the walk back down the pier helps the guilt of eating far too much.
Would definitely recommend.
We had a couple of drinks, sitting outside in the sunshine. Looking out on the boats next to the restaurant and Melbourne in the distance. The waitress was very helpful and friendly yet professional too. Nice touches - bunches of flowers and herbs, scented candles and diffuser in the bathroom etc. We would like to return to try out the food now. Very good first impression.
