Came down with some girlfriends for $3 Tacos and $9 Margaritas, had a great time and the food was really good for such a cheap price. I think this will be a regular Wednesday festivity.

Rib Eye steak on Thursday. Medium-rare or rare. With a glass of pinot. That's what you're after. Tacos are really tasty and delicious too. The ambient can get a bit overwhelming inside though, but the food makes up for it.

The two dollar taco night is great! Have been here a couple of times the first time with a big group and the service was pretty slow. The second time there was only two of us and the service was great! Such a good deal for a quick bite on the Wednesday. I found the restaurants a bit empty feeling like it needed some good music to create a better vibe.

Perfect hump day dinner!
We had the Devilled Chicken, Slow cooked Pork Cheek and the Cauliflower and Chickpea Tacos. We also got a cheeky side of the hand cut chips with mustard aioli. Dinner for two $20, can't go pass cheap tacos... It's only once a week so you must get there on a Wednesday night. Staff were friendly and service was quick, heaters outside which makes it comfortable on a chilly night

Highly rate Thirsday night steak night - $20 for a good cut of steak with chimmichuri or aioli, twice cooked chips (these are seriously good), salad and a glass of wine or a beer. Have been here for $2 taco Wednesdays which was also good value (5 tacos did the trick for me so a cheap dinner) however the meat component's needed to be warmer as at best they were just warm to touch. However good staff and a good place to meet with groups of people particularly in the warmer months in the outdoor area.

We'll be back. We went today with a Groupon deal and with such deals we carry no expectations, but what a delicious experience we had.
Staff = super cool and food looked too good to eat but every meal was finger licking good and worth fighting for last piece...even our fussy toddler chowed down the chicken skewers
Ambience - AWESOME, couldn't understand why more people haven't clued on to this hidden gem!

Melbourne's best kept secret! New chef offers amazing taste combinations, paprika candied pecans anyone!?
The cocktail list is delicious, diverse and exciting, the ambiance fresh but intimate. I had a GREAT night!

Happy camper!. Went to Metropol with a friend from out of town and was not disappointed. The food was exquisite! Beautifully presented and amazing to taste. We had the pizzetas which were delicious followed by the eye fillet which was probably the best steak I've ever eaten. My companion said it was well worth the trip to St Kilda for the experience!

The cocktails were incredible as well!

We recently hosted a hens day lunch at Metropol and I could not speak more highly of the venue. The staff went above and beyond to meet all our requests and nothing was too much trouble. The packages and drinks are really well priced and the food was delicious. Nothing but complimentary reviews from our all guests. Thank you Metropol :)
