Excellent place to stay. The bedding is very comfortable and of high quality. Thank you to Paul, General Manager for making our stay comfortable and getting us in our room before check in (plane landed at 6:00 am) we were exhausted. Excellent customer service. Cafe has great cappuccinos and banana bread. We are going to miss Australia! This is a true 4 star hotel. The photos on their website are current and update.

Hotel’s serve a wonderful purpose: they can provide you a place safe to rest your head and sleep, a place to enjoy the spectacles of the surrounding area, or a place to get away from the tiresome routine of ordinary life. It’s rare that a hotel takes care of you, understands the nature of your situation, caters to your specific needs and makes sure of your welfare. Almost like family. Our 2 day stay at The Urban was all of the above. The first part was due to the excellent condition of the hotel, the cleanliness, great bathroom, great tv, kingside bed, spaciousness and air conditioning. The second and rarer was due entirely to the staff, namely, Paul. Thank you very much for our time at The Urban Paul. We had a previous stay at The Urban a few days before that. We arrived late at night with no where to stay, because the hotel down the street messed up by not having any one at reception. The Urban Welcomed us in and provided us a great price. We came back to The Urban a second time because we payed for a room with Agoda but there were no rooms available at the hotel when we arrived. Both times we didn’t want to leave.
