Really good sushi rolls. Very fresh fish.
They are open before 9 AM so it’s quite handy to be able to get some sushi before work. At that time of the morning the fish seems very fresh.
As an added bonus if they run out of the roll that you want they will make a fresh one for you. This option is very good as the seaweed will still be crunchy.

The menu items are prepared in store by friendly and highly skilled staff and I leave satisfied every time I stop by for lunch, never feel lethargic or slow but I feel like I don't need to eat as much so it helps with my waistline.

We tried their sushi plater at one of our friends house warming party, I was so impressed with the taste, the freshness and the balance between rice and others .
So two month later i literally texted my friend to ask for the name of the sushi shop and drove all the way from eastern sub to north Sydney , spent $8 on toll way and $12 on parking ,one hour hanging around waiting for my plater which I needed for my husband party at night. 😆
And I have to say it all worth it !
The 👨🍳 is so friendly and patient to listen all of my picky requests 🤣like cooked salmon ,more of this less of that blablabla!

This has to be some of the freshest sushi around. Very surprising! Super fresh sushi rolls and salmon - and friendly service. Tip: aim to go here just before the lunch rush at around 11:30 - it gets very busy.
