I like this place. Relaxed, clean and friendly atmosphere. The food is really great. But perhaps a tad overpriced. I always feel a bit out of pocket when realistically its just a pub. Staff are friendly. Service is fast. And servings are large. Happy to go back, but not all the time. Just a bit too pricey for a regular eating out place. :)

It's always nice when you have no expectations about what a place is going to be like and then you get totally blown away by how great it is.
We popped into Cookies for an early dinner on a Sunday evening. The pub was warm, clean and welcoming. The bubbly bar team were super friendly and the food was amazing. I can highly recommend the pulled pork burger and chips with the chipotle dipping sauce. Totally delicious!

I've walked past here a few times and always wanted to try. I like the ambience inside and there are booths so those that want to eat in comfort can do so. To my surprise this place hasn't been reviewed for a while.

My pulled pork burger was pretty good,a good sign is when the sauce and pork start leaking from all edges! A good size but I wish I had a little more chips with it.

Passionate foodies (fajitas) and Gabbys79 (beef and guinness pot pie) meals look large to me.

Food came out a little quicker than expected,staff were friendly

Would mind coming back to try something else.
