Awesome steak special! Deliciously cooked. Didn’t know what to expect as bistro was empty but clean and well presented. Really wanted steak and this place didn’t disappoint. Popped in for late Sat lunch (ends 2pm) and couldn’t believe how good the $16.50 steak special was. Great little find and central GC spot without being in the hustle and bustle!! Coming back for more hope it’s still around!!

It was our last night on the gold coast
We were staying on the Nrth part of Surfis Paradise, decided on going to an Italian restaurant on Chevron Island, stopped in for a drink before dinner and we ended not leaving.
Went up to the bar and we was served by a beautiful young man named Gabriel, bought drinks and we never left. We were having such a great night we decided to have dinner here. We had the scotch fillet and the chicken sniddie, both just good old pub meals but done with perfection. Chicken Schnitzel was made from scratch the chicken was delicious and juicy with hot salty chips and fresh salad that was also made fresh (not like the old wilted salad you usually get)

Scotch fillet was cooked to perfection medium rare juicy and same sides.
I can't say enough about the bartender Gabriel and the chief both doing their jobs but doing them so well.
The young man in the kitchen was cleaning and cooking as I could see him from where I was he never stopped and Gabriel the bartender fantastic customer service with an amazing personality.
It's a must go place.
Bang on food and great service. Lovely place for a quick cheap and excellent meal or somewhere to have a drink. Either way, it's great. Will definitely be back again.
Chicken schnitzels are the best we have had on the coast so far and we go to lots of places to test them out!
Don’t be fooled by the facade. Once inside, this is a great little spot! I’ve walked passed many times, but never stuck my head in.
I had the bangers and mash and it was very yummy. The Bar Staff are friendly too so just a great place to chill.
My one gripe is they need to upgrade their Foxtel box, so I can watch the footy in HD 🤣
I love this place. Especially the indoor feel. Nothing like escaping the world for a little while. Cheap cold beer and delicious food. My favourite place to go.
Got a pre show pub meal before seeing a show over at HOTA. We happened to be there on a Saturday night when there was a band playing covers which was really good. The staff were super friendly too, and the chef went out of his way to make sure our meals were good (which they were).
Great service and comfortable atmosphere. The best priced pub meals around.

Great food at great prices & the beer is also one of the cheapest on the Gold Coast. Plus live music most nights so do yourself a favour & visit. You won't be disappointed.
