***FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE*** Recommended by my colleague to try the cotton candy flavor and it didn’t disappoint! If you register for the first time you get 1 free scoop. Chose the jamoca almond fudge since my partner loves coffee flavour. Staff was patient to teach me how to redeem the code for the free scoop 😅

My daughter’s ice cream hit the grimy surfers paradise pavement before she managed her first bite. The manager replaced without question and order was restored in the world. Thanks mate! The ice cream was obviously very good.

Great service, even had a free taste test of a flavour I wanted to try. Staff were friendly and patient. So many flavors to choose from all looked delicious. Great promo, I had a cotton candy wonderland unicorn. It looked and tasted amazing. Hope to visit again soon.

The best customer service I experienced in Australia. The man, maybe a manager, doesn’t look very kind but he is the one who really cares his customer much more than any others. I hate many clerks who pretends to be kind and rational with fake smiles in front of my face. All they want is taking money out of my pocket at the end. Otherwise the man is the one who really cares people and think reasonably. I will visit this shop every time I visit Surfers Paradise.

Great choice of flavors, bit expensive but it's in Surfers Paradise so can't really expect it not to be, they let you sample the flavours before you buy.
