A very nice restaurant with a wine list to die for. Food was excellent. I could recommend this for everyone. It also has a market where you can pick up some groceries and a bottle shop which had some great buys really world class wines. They have outside seating which is pet friendly. Very reasonably priced.
Always delightful and I can never go past the poached pear, ricotta & granola with berry compote.... the presentation has changed many times but it's always delicious and always a visual delight :-)
What I love most about this restaurant is the ambience. Itâs spacious, clean, and the windows allow in plenty of natural light. This gives a very modern, cool, and ârefreshingâ atmosphere.
Moreover, the service was quick and helpful. The food was amazing, I really enjoyed the Margherita as the dough was nice and thin and bouncy on the crust. However, despite the taste and quality of the food, at the time I went, the prices were a little high.
theres two side of restaurant, fine dining with table cloth and candles or this one we had is the more casual side, food was decent along with all well dressed and groomed staff. the folded pizza was very good as fresh woodfired pizza always the best.
Excellent service from Matias. The restaurant ambiance is traditional and stylish, great service, well dressed wait staff and very reasonably priced. Great music too
A last minute trip to Sydney and decided. To have dinner at this lovely place. The food was fantastic and the waiters were friendly and attentive. I had the slow cooked lamb shoulder with the Broccolini in garlic. The lamb was very tender. Just in passing I mentioned it was my birthday. One momento.... Shortly thereafter I had two waiters singing me happy birthday with a Tiramasu with a candle, on the house. What can I say. The service was fantastic, the food was amazing and more important was that I left the restaurant feeling like I had an amazing evening albeit far from home
A place that would never let you down, their oyster and seafood are always fresh and delicious. They are my favourite. N waitress always have good recommendations for the matching wine.
First time trying out at Corsio Brio inside Bel & Brio for Valentines Day, and was so impressed. The restaurant had a very pleasant, relaxed ambience, which was accompanied by excellent customer service. The food was incredible, and both my partner and I were more than satisfied with our dishes. We ordered the Bruschetta for starters - this pistachio pesto topped with stracciatella on bread was so delicious. For mains, we had the wagyu beef scotch fillet which was cooked to absolute perfection (highly recommended!!!) & I had the spaghetti crab which was the best! Truffle fries were a generous serving and cooked really well, but didnât find it that special. Regardless, the food was still divine!
Update: I tried the bar and dining menu, and was quite disappointed with the food served. Although the bolognese was lovely, I didnât find there was anything that special about it. The swordfish carpaccio was so fresh and had so much flavour, but was quite turned off by the use passion fruit, I didnât think it suited. The bolognese was great, but found it quite mediocre. The spaghetti prawns was quite tasteless, and according to my brother tasted like âinstant noodles with prawnsâ. The best dish of the evening was the special pasta which was delicious and had a great portion of squid and prawns (which were amazing). For dessert, the baked ricotta cheesecake was so delicious and a definite must-try! :) service was wonderful tonight.
Booked this restaurant out for my mumâs birthday. Service was excellent. Food was on point as well. Had the tuna for antipasti which was different and quite lovely. For mains we had the lamb shoulders, smoked duck breast and tagliatelle pasta. Finished off the night, hazelnut tiramisu and vegan chocolate tortilla which was amazing. Would love to come back again! Might try the breakfast next time :)
Capping off the year with a traditional Italian style feast paired with wines is my idea of a jolly season. The Bel & Brio chefs did a lavish spread with all of their favourite dishes from home including Tuna Carpaccio, Spaghetti Alle Vongole, Smoked Lamb Leg and Torrone Semifreddo to name a few.
How can I describe Bel & Brio?
Shall I say: Great food, amazing service, stunning atmosphere or superb staffs?
well, to be quite fair dinkum all of the above. So, pleased with every cent that is spent here.
A wonderful discovery. Not too noisy and cosy inside.
Service spot on.
