Beautiful ambience and decor inside and nice casual seating outside. We chose the outdoor dining as it would feel safer and sensible since the covid outbreak.
I ordered the salted fish broth super flavoursome, I add scallops 😍 and chilli powder to make the experience more intense.
The yuzu drink was very refreshing. I would certainly come back to try the rest of the ramen.

A great ramen joint, one of the best in Sydney. Their soy tonkotsu broth was amazing, very smooth, buttery and porky. And you adjust the fattiness level too. Their pork belly slice is thick and tender too. You can also try the chicken chili coriander ramen if you want something different. It's light, spicy and refreshing. Their karaage is a must-have too, it's crispy, lightly battered and lightly doused in soy.
Looking for a cozy place that will transport you back to Japan? Chaco Ramen did exactly that. I've rarely seen cold ramen before on a menu so had to order it (still hasn't won me over a warm bowl of ramen though). Pair your ramen with a refreshing drink and some gyozas! 😋
