This place is nothing short of amazing. The staff, the food and the atmosphere. I may not have gone in here if I hadn't read previous reviews and Something for Jess is proof that you never judge a book by it's cover. It's great to find something around the area that's open 7 days and with an owner who has so much passion for what she does.....We'll be back :)

This is a small and humble space that caters to both vegans and non-vegans. Most of their menu offers vegan alternatives. The earth bruschetta was awesome and all the ingredients were very flavourful. The coffee was alright, it was only warm when served when though I asked for extra hot.

Loved the atmosphere at Something for Jess. Love the concept of a different menu being released regularly as you could never get bored of what they have to offer. Highly recommend the signature fritters. They don’t call it their ‘signature’ for nothing. It was absolutely delicious with added hickory smoked chicken. Iced latte was nice, strong and refreshing to have on a hot day.

A tiny cafe with friendly staff and food made from fresh ingredients. The corn fritters were delicious along with their wide variety of bruschetta. The coffee was also good.

The Miniature Life

The Sydney brunch scene has transformed in the last few years, and we are absolutely loving it. In and around the city new and fabulous gems are popping up in interesting locations. It’s around the Universities in Sydney that we are seeing possibly the biggest shift toward fantastic food, and delicious coffee. Something for Jess is just one of these cafes. I was really excited to come by and test out the menu featuring plenty of vegetarian and vegan friendly options, as well as a delicious array of home made cakes.

Loved this cute and cosy little place. The chai latte was really good. I ordered the signature fritters with roast pumpkin. Wow! Very flavoursome and delicious. My partner ordered the smashed avo with poached eggs. Whilst it wasn’t the best looking smashed avo I’d seen, it was tasty and delicious, and my partner thoroughly enjoyed it. Will definitely be back when we’re in the area.

I was passing by and their muffins caught my attention. I decided to buy one and I was not disappointed: best muffin in Sydney -so far! But you have to move cause they'll be probably sold out by the end of the morning.
Can't add 5 stars only because I am going on on muffins and haven't tried much more than that.

Looking for a healthy brunch? You’re in the right place.

Lots of vegan options although you could always add some meats if you want to. I’ve been here before and the menu changes weekly, which is great as the food is always good.

The emphasis on fresh, healthy ingredients means that the chef often uses the natural flavor of the foods to balance the dish without over relying on heavy sauces
