Food here is unexpectedly really good. We ordered sesame chicken , mince pork with lettuce and vegetable fried rice. Everything were tasty and well balanced. I am keen to come back and try different dishes next time. I find a lot of chinese food is full of msg but this place is different. Service was good too eventhough the lady who took our order can barely speak english.

Have had the soup here a few times which was ok, the lamb was served on the side with sichuan pepper which was really tasty

Had some other dishes for the first time last night and while they were tasty, the diced chicken with chilli and pepper was very good, the portion size was disappointing considering the $24 price tag. We were not expecting a huge plate but the amount of meat (lamb & chicken) was quite small.

Might try again but there are other sichuan places that we will try first

Dreamer Down Under

Cute little Chinese place in the middle of the CBD. Surprisingly good. The spicy yabbies were delicious! And beef in the noodle soup was super tender. Great customer service. Each time the staff served something, they would ask you to watch out for the hot bowl etc. The owner was attentive as well and ensured we knew how to use the disposable gloves to eat the yabbies with. Twice actually. They have whole row of outdoor seating in the alley. Will be nice in summer. Will come back with my puppy.
