Café Vite is the reborn Eden Café located in Elizabeth Street Zetland. Some modifications have now changed the site into a more inviting, laid-back and sophisticated establishment which boasts a welcoming sunny courtyard with shady grapevines overhead, or a multitude of inside seating locations at high benches and tables, intimate corners and sunny window spots.
- Breakfast Bowl (4/5): This is was such a satisfying breakfast bowl. The warm quinoa and roasted pumpkin was fluffy and light but sprinkled with crispy puffed pieces which added a subtly crunchy texture that was so enjoyable. I squeezed the lemon on top and the zest went really well with the dish. Eggs poached perfectly too but the avo was a bit hard - needed more time to ripen. Overall, I’ll definitely be back for this.
- Mushroom Bruschetta (3/5): Again, a generous serving with flavoursome provolone cheese throughout the mushroom pieces. The bread was slightly hard which is why it’s a 3/5 but the flavour was there. I prefer the breakfast bowl.
Breakfast Bowl (Vegan)
Very filling bowl with quinoa, wilted kale, saute portobello mushrooms, avocado, roast pumpkin, microherbs, farro (crunchy grain), lemon wedge. I really enjoyed the farro in this dish, but don't overdo the lemon! It is on the slightly oily side both times I have had this dish... maybe some tahini drizzled over it, or roasted or fresh cherry tomatoes.
The slices of bread served with most dishes is insane, they really need to cut them thinner, most diners struggle cutting through the thick crusts.
It is located at a quiet intersection in Zetland close to Green Square station, isolated for all of the busyness of the shops and main roads. Lots of seating, with outdoor seating where you can bring your furry friends.

Spacious and friendly neighbourhood cafe at Zetland. The menu is pretty interesting, with enough breakfast and lunch options. Friendly and helpful staff too. Not bad, if you haven’t tried this place before.
Visited Cafe Vite for the second time since it's has been refurbished. Staff are very attentive and the food is fresh and delicious. Great for breakfast or simply a coffee.
Really tasty food and coffee. This place is fairly new so is quite busy. The interior is spacious and really beautiful.
The service is super friendly and the food came out very quickly. They also do a mean cold drop and take away coffee.

Amazing food, service, and wine. Outdoor seating is dog friendly with a lovely view. Overall experience is 5 stars for restaurants you should visit and add to your short list. Prices were fair and the focaccia bread is to die for!! 🥂🇮🇹❤️

This is a great place for breakfast and lunch.
I enjoyed my breakfast buger and the flat white. The staff was really helpful and friendly. Lots of spaces for seating and outdoor seating are also available. The cafe is a beautiful and good environment to do some work during lunchtime. What did you think of the Cafe?

I came here for a booking with the family and it was wonderful. Great service, spacious, fair prices and excellent food. Their pizza bases are as authentic as they get and the pastas are nice too. Book ahead.
