This is a good place to come for a nice relaxing dinner. Seats are always comfortable and service is top notch. Food is not always amazing but the ambience is the main reason we come here. I had the oysters for entree and that was very good. Sweet and fresh and nicely chilled. But the salmon was a bit of a letdown. The dish could have been more inventive, considering the salmon itself was excellent. Recommended for family or couples on a romantic night out.
I love the cozy atmosphere and friendly service!
The Caesar salad is great with shrimps!
For the main dish. The wagyu is great. And salmon with pistachio nuts which I think is really great!
Went there for a brunch buffet with my family on a Sunday and we enjoyed our meal in the pretty surroundings. My daughter and I especially enjoyed the selection of desserts and Movenpick ice-cream. Husband and son thought there should be a more extensive selection of mains on offer. Being a SPG member, there is 15% off the food bill.
Great ambience and very fresh and airy feel. The menu is expansive and staff and Great. The food is fresh and flavoursome. Very enjoyable experience
Sundays are my sacred days for rest and recovery. As I work in the city during the week I usually don’t venture out to the city on the weekends all that much but I would not say no to a Sunday brunch experience at the Mosaic at The Westin Sydney. We turned up at 12.30pm, at the Mosaic today, took our time and dined well for brunch. Sydney hotels have some excellent deals happening at the moment and at The Westin Sydney you can have a full buffet brunch for $68 per person or $34 for children. This includes all you can eat cold, hot and dessert buffet together with fresh juices, tea and coffee. The venue is beautiful and the grandeur of architecture and interiors of The Westin Sydney will hypnotise you like a cobra. Set in an 1844 building with a modern annexe, it’s a sophisticated, spacious, light and airy, chic downtown hotel but without the feel of formality, enabling you to just relax and enjoy a Sunday meal. And ‘a meal’ would be an understatement. It is possible to eat enough food so that brunch at the Mosaic is the only meal you have for the day!The highlight was the dessert buffet and in particular the pavlova which is known to the Mosaic’s kitchen staff as Paul’s Pavlova. Paul is The Westin Sydney’s Pastry Chef and he has this amazing pavlova recipe he keeps close to his chest. So well known is his pavlova to the kitchen staff that the they would fight over the left overs after brunch closes at 2.30pm. So if you are having Sunday brunch at the Mosaic be sure to try the pavlova. It’s white, fluffy, softly trembling, not too sweet and has a beautiful texture when you taste it. A dessert that is a celebration that Spring has well and truly arrived.
I often visit this place for their lunch plate option. Every time I order steak and I get side dish, salad and dessert too! Great food & service by lovely people. ❤️
Located on level 1 of The Westin Hotel, it is an easy walk from two train stations or buses. Impressive interior reflecting the old post office building. Restaurant offers a good array of food while a little pricey, is of high quality. Drink prices are rich, but that's what you get from a hotel restaurant. Recommend the lunch plate deal which includes entree, main and dessert with a wine all for $38, at time of writing. Service is good and prompt.

It ticks all the boxes; service, food quality, wine selection and ambiance. Located in the GPO building, the diners have a wonderful view up through the glass ceiling where the gorgeously lit old clock is in full view.
Brunch buffet. They have a wonderful and fresh spread for their brunch buffet on the weekends! One of the best in Sydney I've tried
Smoked salmon party!. One fine day in November, we never regret our choice of restaurant and a definite come back! sunday brunch buffett is perfect for those who are in love with a smokey pinky fish. not only that, they also have a great variety of antipasto, a selection of best cheese, beautifully made desserts (and uh, I almost went straight to the dessert!), fresh belgian waffles topped with ice cream and many more. i believe they have a thoughtful concept of food, cater for different needs..
Went here with two other friends on a weekday's night, this restaurant belongs to the Westin hotel. Totally love the restaurant design and the open area. The service was to the standard, especially the Mexican girl (the supervisor) was super friendly and took good care of our table. I ordered the King Salmon, was so good the salmon was very tender. And all my friends have finished all their food, they liked that a lot. The lighting was romantic, so would be a great place for a date night. The price was a fine-dining price, the salmon was around $30. We ordered 3 main courses, 2 sides ,1 salad ,total was $100+
Sunday Brunch was great. There was a wide variety of food options. Breakfast, salads, pastries and desserts almost the whole lot. All options were made to a high standard and tasted great. It was a good environment and staff were friendly and helpful. Overall great place to have Sunday Brunch.
A nice restaurant at the Westin. Good menu with nicely sized portions to enjoy a 3 course meal. Good wine list and friendly warm service
The salmon was incredibly tasty and crispy. Love the creme brulee.
Food was great nice atmosphere and very clean.
Fancy place and delicious food with a fair price for lunch
Reasonably priced food and so very delicious. We had the lunch set and everything was lovely. The vegetable gratin was cheesy and the meat was delightful. Even the salad tasted great. The coconut dessert was a wonderful surprise as well. I can say that for $39 you would surely get your money's worth especially for prices here in the city.
The atmosphere is beautiful and the staff were knowldgeable and friendly.
