“If you've tried the rest now try the best” The best I have ever eaten, the chefs took my on a gastronomical journey around Australia with native seafood, vegetables and wine. Now I can die a happy man. I do not know what else to say as everything about Noma was extraordinary, fascinating, spectacular, delicious and entertaining. The moment you walk in all the staff greet you and you are treated as if they have known you for ever. Magnificent.
