We found ourselves eating at Melted Monster on a whim but I'm sure glad we did. The food was incredible with very generous portions. The milkshakes and blueberry lemonade were a treat for all of the senses. Daily lunch specials were excellent value and the staff were genuinely friendly and attentive. Can't wait to return.
Melted Monster is a cosy cafe located in Potts Point, a short walk from Kings Cross Station. I pop by with Mr Weekend Food Escapes for some weekend relaxation. Melted Monster is best known for their brunch and burgers, so who's hungry?. It's a sunny day and I opt to sit outside so I can do a bit of people watching. Inside, I also noticed Melted Monster has a giant artwork inside of a Gorilla holding a a burger. Cool.
Came here using a groupon voucher and opted to pay an extra $3 for melted cheese chips with crispy bacon ($7.5). The chips were cooked well and loved that gooey cheese sauce. The asian chicken fried burger $14 was alright. Wasnt the best but the slaw was done well. Really liked the sauce though. The chicken wasnt crispy and tender. Also came with a soft drink. Service and location was good. Dont mind to eat here again to be honest.
Came here for a quick feed before playing darts. Very unassuming little eatery. Staff are super friendly and burgers are well priced and tasty! Would recommend if anyone is ever in the area.
Good burgers, cheap prices, good service
Nice little burger place. Brightly colored and themed, set on a leafy street with an outdoor eating area. Very happy with the burgers we had (which came out pretty quickly), they were well stacked. The coating on the chicken was excellent, plenty of additional toppings and the brioche buns were supreme. My flat white was good (and pretty cheap!).

Always friendly and helpful. One day I had to run back for an urgent issue at my home. I asked then to please keep my food and coffee warm and I'll come back and collect, it was take away. When they came back they gave me a fresh coffee .. no charge. They are lovely people
Plenty of breakfast options as well as a section dedicated to burgers. The burgers are the 'fish & chip shop' style as opposed to the fairly ubiquitous sweeter American type and they do it very well. Soft buns, decent sized patties and great loaded fries
Such a pleasant place to stop and enjoy the day. They also have all day breakfast. Can’t beat that!
Great food, reasonable prices, friendly prompt service with a smile. Coffee was very good and eats were fresh and insta worthy. We'll be back.
